Came to this store 3 times and seen bed bugs on the clothes I wouldn’t shop here at all and the managers are very disrespectful

We purchased clothes for my son and my daughter. This location by far has the largest selection.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
My kids were happy with what they found.
American Eagle also gives discount for military members.

I hardly ever rate something so either I love it or want to spare someone else a horrible experience. Worst shop I have ever been to in NYC because the service is so awful. Go to Abercrombie, they have nicer clothes in a similar style and awesome service

Nice place to take a break from Times Square. It's a three story flagship store with coffee and soda bar on the first level that has a free charging station +wi-fi.

The customer service is great. The Aerie section is on the 3rd floor. They have an interesting fitting room layout on the first floor. Take escalators to get to the other floors. I was able to still catch pokemon while in the store too.
