Not very happy with the lady at the jewelry counter. I waited there 5 to 8 minutes while she dealt with other people which was fine and she saw me and didn't let me know that I was to take a number. So I left and we'll spend my money elsewhere.
Their customer service is amazing. They stand in customers' shoes. I went to pick up an online order yesterday, but they told me they could not locate the item. The staff, named Mike, reached out on the matter. He first figured out that I did not pick it up within the time frame, so the system cancelled my order. However, he went looking for the item and found it's not shipped back yet. I was very disappointed then as I never heard of the rule before. I checked my email account and did find the reminder email. I did not saw the email earlier because I seldom used that email account. My wife was really mad at me at the moment too. Thankfully, Mike talked to the manager about the issue. They decided to give me an honor, so I could rebuy the item with the same price as we did during Cyber day deals. We really appreciate their patience and kindness act. They really stand in customers' shoes. Thank you, Mike!
If you’re willing to wade through piles of disorganization for the sake of finding some real gems then this is the place. Kohl’s is essentially the Taco Bell of clothing stores. You will go home with a bag weighing ten pounds and wonder how you only paid five bucks for it.
Always pretty busy around the holidays, but great sales on decent quality stuff. They've expanded their repertoire from just clothes to TV's and appliances and toys and electronics of all sorts It's kinda odd, but the sales and the "Kohl's cash" offer makes it pretty enticing. This location particularly has an interesting organizational system of "moldy chaotic neatness" (as one of the employees told me). They will absolutely do whatever they can to help you find anything or at the very least order it for you.
I love this Kohl's at Olentangy. The customer service is always great, and the store has a convenient location. I have been shopping here for a while and just had another great customer service experience with Brandon at checkout and another woman who greeted me at the store entrance.
I shop at this store often enough that I'm familiar with their stock & know where to look for things. I gave it a high rating bc the employees are the nicest & go out of their way to be fair (with returns, finding coupons if I don't have mine). Everyone is always friendly, approachable and helpful. Maybe bc i'm good at shopping I don't mind the "hunting" part & know how to sift through things quickly (I usually know what I'm looking for). But I do agree with other reviews here that this particular store is typically very messy & disorganized. But, here's the thing, you want low prices then they can't afford to hire lots of staff to be cleaning the store. They are usually short-handed which is why things are in such disarray. It is a F/T job to clean up after ppl. Dressing rooms with clothes strewn all over, the person couldn't have been bothered to even hang the clothes back up but left them thrown on the floor or in a pile on the bench with the attitude that "it's someone else's job to clean up after me." NO, it's not. I see how hard these ppl work and no one is getting rich working as a sales clerk at Kohl's. You want 1 on 1 attn, go to Nordstrom & hire a personal shopper. Or, perhaps be more considerate of fellow humans who are not hired as slave labor & the sales staff will have more time to help the customer look for items. Whenever I've needed help whoever is around stops what they are doing. I'm not complaining abt the optics of this store bc I know this is a 2nd or 3rd job for most of the associates & it's difficult to find ppl who are willing to do that type of work for $8/hr.
Always find what I'm looking for here and at a good price -- usually discounted. Be careful tho because the checkout can take awhile. Keep a smile on
Never very crowded, which is excellent. Usually have a good selection of clearance items and a solid selection of women's clothing. It's my go to place for shoes.
Great store and helpful staff. It's Kohl's, so I go for the prices. Hope this location never closes as it so close to OSU.
Been standing in the men's section looking for help for the last hour I have yet to see an employee other than a guy in shoes. I'm not even here during peak hours. I walked around the store for an hour now. I was here to buy a suit for a wedding. I would have likely purchased it if someone could have helped me find the correct sizes. I'm not likely to return to Kole's. I'm certainly not buying stock in it. I do not expect this company to last the next 10 years. Very poor quality belts.
I just love Kohls it's always on sale plus they give you extra discounts
Customer service was bad. It was very difficult to find help, and when I finally found someone behind the jewelry counter to ask where the bathroom is, they pointed and grunted without making eye contact.
Great deals though.
Lots better than the competition on selection. Lots of good stuff. Its a very convenient location. Its a little bit smaller store so its easy to find what your looking for. It's kind of hard to find if you don't know where it is.
My experience was excellent. I wish I had gotten his name but the gentleman at the register on the girls' junior side was so unbelievably helpful in assisting me as I was looking for a specific top. Great service!
Affordable, nice clothing. I get some excellent buys by using % off coupons from both mail and texts. It's the only store credit card I have now.
