The rooms were great! Clean and well-kept. Very convenient to the airport. The service downstairs at the bar was only ok, but it's still nice to be able to get a drink and some food without going out in the cold!

Very helpful staff. Quick check in and check out. Clean rooms, good business amenities though they were not necessary for me this visit.

Not quite what came to mind when I heard "Four Points", but a nice standard hotel for a reasonable price.

Great value near the airport. No free breakfast, but fast food options within walking distance and the on-site restaurant makes good food. Spacious fitness center, modern and comfortable rooms with good beds.

Great hotel near the airport. Free transportation to/from the airport and they have a park and fly option for a daily fee, which is much cheaper than if you park at a normal airport parking lot. Room rates are right in line with what a 3-Star hotel should be. The hotel was modern, very clean and comfortable for traveling through Columbus. Front desk staff was very good and attentive to our needs. The only thing I wasn't impressed with was the barn-door style bathroom door, my three year old couldn't open or close it by herself. Not sure if it was a heavy door or it was rubbing against the adjacent wall. All in all I'd recommend staying here.

Strong Four Points. Decent, upgraded rooms and a weird stylized lobby. Friendly staff. Worth the stay if in the area.

The rooms are very clean, seems newly renovated. Front desk is mostly very friendly and polite. One girl was very rude when I checked in the first time, but it appears to only be her that is an issue. Gym is small but always empty when I go. Pool is nice.

Not a great hotel. Location is not bad, but it's starting to show its short age. HVAC unit in my room did not work, to late of a check in for me to mess with that. When the control unit for the AC is dangling from the wall, housekeeping should have identified as a DNR, shouldn't come down to me. The plugs under the TV are useless, my charger just fell out. The bed is not comfortable, etc. Too bad, looked good for a new Four Points.

Can promise you any positive reviews are from the owners. Well, from the owners via grossly under-paid employees. Allow me to explain; This maybe the worst hotel in the area. The newest? That's a lie they tell you. First of all, the hotel is in shambles. Instead of fixing AC and heating units, they place space heaters in the rooms and tell employees to "not acknowledge that it's uncomfortable in front of guests" The lobby, elevators and floors (and rooms) are all either freezing or sweltering.but the back office is always a cool, relaxed 60 degrees. (We will come back to that) The employees aren't trained, therefore, make simple mistakes often. These mistakes aren't big deals to the hotel, just the guests they inconvenience. Mostly, the only thing offered for screw ups is a free CONTINENTAL (5 dollar value) breakfast coupon. Good luck cashing it, the rude AM server will question why you even have such a glorious gift. (If she even serves you) That's if you're brave enough to order food cooked by a guy who is also mopping floors and running shuttles to the airport in between orders. The pool is broken and the "balance" is kept by a maintenance man, out of the goodness of his heart, BY EYE. They encourage you to swim in a pool they are keeping safe "by eyeball". The rooms are constantly dirty, because, again, employees aren't trained, therefore, send multiple people to rooms. You may have gotten walked in on if you've stayed here in the past year. It was a very regular occurrence. The management company is run by Indians. I do not specify their heritage to be biased or bigoted. They are, in fact, Indian. They demanded people who didn't show up be checked-in and charged full price. When people would call to dispute, the system said they were there. We also were HEAVILY encouraged to turn off any guest's survey if we thought they would give a negative review. When people smoke weed or cigarettes in the non-smoking hotel, nothing happens. They stay multiple days. Why does this matter? you'll get a smoked in room in a non-smoking hotel, and the staff will pretend you're crazy when you complain. There is literally no reason, other than prostitution or maybe drug dealing for ANYONE to EVER willingly stay in this hotel. I mean, i haven't mentioned the bed bugs.or the toe nail clippings in between sheetsor the ant infestation..or the flooding.or the raw sewage.or the health code violations in the kitchen.Recently, they discovered our bar's coke dispenser was filled with 4 year old coke. Can you believe the owners tried to get a credit back from coke for the spoiled sodas they were still serving people? The exact e-mail read "i guess that's why we've gotten so many complaints about a foul taste" Meat? old. expired. not kept properly. Why? the kitchen manager is also the houseman. Why? they pay him under the table through a 3rd party. They recently began charging an extra fee for ketchup. The biggest contract they had, Southwest, recently pulled out. The flight crews refused to renew a contract with them. They take the fridges out of the rooms and tell guests we are all out because they want to save on electricity, not because they are a "green" hotel. "Green" hotels don't use plastic bottled water. "Green" hotels don't print out thousands of pages which are thrown in the trash, daily. They refer to it as "Green" so you won't complain about half-assed service and amenities. Drains are constantly clogged. Doors are constantly broken. All of the cameras in the parking lot don't work. They charge people to park there while they leave on vacation, and tell them their car is secured. However, upon a break-in (12-15 in the last couple months) they will PROMPTLY tell you they are not responsible and that you parked at your own risk. The police won't even come out.
