  So wow what a disappointment. So used a gift card for a purchase and had to return because of fitment, the girl returned payment to a Visa gift card that I didn't have anymore. Then showed manager the receipt and she said we was out of luck because her employees made the mistake And just said nothing she could do because we didn't realize the same day and take another 40 mile ride because her staff is incredibly don't know how to do job

  Love Kohl's! Found the perfect pair of jeans I've been looking for, lots of friendly employees, and even the long line at the check out area went fast. The lady who helped me was smiling and cheerful, and so happily told me Merry Christmas! Store is always clean and well-stocked, fitting room was clean also.

  A lot to choose from with descent prices but not the easiest to maneuver in a power chair. Some of the areas have the isles a little close together. That is the only reason for only 4 stars. Friendly and helpful staff.

  Like Kohls alot. Good selection at a good price. Unfortunately the one in Ocala Fl will try to steel your " Kohls cash " . They've tryed this many times. If it wasn't for that they would have got an extra star.

  I used to go here all the time. Now I shop online with Kohl's. The store's selection is just not that great and their clearance isn't as good as it used to be. The customer service is awesome, though.

  Nice selection but need more sales help. There was only one cashier and a long line so I didn't have time to wait so I put the clothes back and left.
