Prices seem higher than others but a nice dealership. Well I ended up going back to this dealership and looking at bikes. And then called 2 days later to see if they still had the bike I was looking at and they did done the paperwork over the phone the delivered the bike that afternoon 2 hrs away easiest deal I've ever done on a bike definitely would buy from again

The only people at this establishment that aren't crooks are the people in the service dept. I bought a used bike and the extended warranty. The woman inside told me that the bike was covered under the several thousand dollar warranty as I bought it, which is why I did as it was an 08 with 19400 miles. Only 400 miles later, my back tire caught a nail and the front was going flat on a daily basis.. I took it into their service dept and spoke with Phil, who is an amazing person. He then told me that my tires were so worn, they weren't covered under the extended warranty. 400 miles from their business within 6 months, back to their business and now the tires weren't covered? Nope, I told him to speak with the woman who sold the extended warranty to me as she was very clear on the fact that my entire bike was covered as it sat the day I bought it. He called me back a week later and said they would cover the rear but I was going to have to cover the front. Nope, I wasn't doing it and again told him what I was told.. 3 weeks they had my bike, didn't offer a loaner, didn't get an apology from the woman who evidently lied to me when I bought it. If it wasn't for Phil, I truly believe I would have bought that 2-3000 dollar extended warranty for nothing. He worked some "magic" and had both my tires fixed, along with a few other issues I had been having since I got it like wiring and an exhaust issue.
I WAS told they had done a 12 point inspection before putting it on the sales floor.. but I guess they forgot the tires which had little to NO tread, the exhaust hole causing extreme vibration and the wiring that wouldn't allow me to shift into neutral.. so, again.. if you are willing to fight the main office to get what's rightfully yours after paying out the rear for an extended warranty, they will hook you up.. I love my bike, but not the business.. that's the only reason they are getting more than 1*
I have a neighbor here in Marion Co. who swears by them.. they sold him a used bike, put new tires on it before him driving it off the lot at no extra charge, and when his broke down in Daytona after less than 24 hours after purchase, they took him a loaner bike all the way to Daytona and let him keep it for the few weeks while they fixed the issues on his.. seems like they pick and choose who they do right by.response / report this review -

Very helpful people almost got me to buy a trike I think I may do so in time if I get the same kinda offer maybe not a trike but something else .

Im new to town and stopped in to look around i had an old shovel head and i miss riding and wanted to see whats mew. As i walked out of my car i was greated by josh and he began to show me bikes in my price range. I made it clear that im not able to buy something at this time.. most sale guys would of dropped off but he keep on talking to me and showed me around the dealership as if i told him i wanted to buy today. He even offerd me some water and even wished me luck om finding a new job out here in the ocala area. I tell you what josh is a class A sales man and when im ready ill definitely look him up warhorse harley Davidson has a neat layout and is a really cool dealership.. so if your in the market for a bike go check them out and ask for my new friend Josh!

Awesome service department, clean, professional team, they went out of their way to provide exceptional service. Parts department was great, knowledgeable team, I must say their inventory for accessories was great. I have no problem driving 100 miles To have my bike serviced at war Horse Harley Davison. Hats off to Frank, awesome sales representative, if you are looking for a bike recommend looking Frank up, he goes above and beyond to get you the best deal.

Great experience! My fiancé was looking to trade his '16 Streetglide CVO for the '18 in gunship gray. We called about 10 dealerships between NC and FL, all suggesting we get on the list to get it in December. We called this location and got in contact with Mike. He reassured us he would locate the bike and have it to us within the week. We were almost doubtful because all the other dealers blew us off. Within a few hours he located the bike and got it delivered within 3 days. Genuine , courteous and professional service all the way through from Mike to the service department. Although we live 2 hours from this location, we will definitely be back regularly. Thank you Mike and entire team at War Horse Harley!

Fantastic in all areas from motor clothes to mechanical service. The sales staff is helpful, but low key. We are not quite ready for a new Harley but when we are, we'll head to War Horse! They have serviced our current motorcycle several times. We're quite pleased!

I AM NOT BIG ON POSTING REVIEWS AGAINST OTHER BUSINESSES!!! BUT VERY I MEAN VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE DUE TO THE PARTS MANAGER!!!! PARTS STAFF AND THE REST I WOULD GRADE A 10++++ EVEN THE GENERAL MANAGER CHRIS 10+ SERVICE MANAGER 10+ ALSO!!! BUT WHO EVER IS THE GO TO GUY>>> I STRONGLY SUGGEST MAYBE HE NEED"S TO BE REPLACED OR GIVEN A SERIOUS LESSON ON HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE ETHICS!!! I WILL PROBABLY NEVER STEP FOOT BACK ON THEIR PREMISES AGAIN!!! OVER A $130.00 SET OF GRIPS!!! HISTORY OF SPENDING THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS BUYING MANY MOTORCYCLES AND ACCESSORIES!!! SENDING AND PROMOTING THEM SINCE 2000 WHEN IT WAS OCALA HD!!! THAT"S ALL I HAVE TO SAY!!!

Best place to buy a new Harley. Not only did my friend get a great deal they threw in so many extras. The friendly staff took Great care of us. Just ask for Frank, he gets our vote of sales person of the year. We will be back we are loyal clients.

We went in with an electrical problem on our Wide Glide Special. The Service Department (Brent) took very good care of our bike and had it all worked out within reasonable time. All staff very friendly, knowledgeable and smily. Thank you. We'll be back next year! Lou & Rémi

Just bought a 2017 night rod on the 11th of April, they had to ship the bike from a few states away. well, I thought it would take them a few days to get it Florida alone and a few more days to do the inspection before I am able to drive e it home. What is awesome is that they not only had it at the shop the next day, but was dropped off at my house. As they were loading up the bike to take it to my house, i called and asked if they could add a security system. Not only did the add the system but still dropped it off at my house on time as they were going to. You are a fool of you do not get your bike from these guys/ladies.
