Super friendly and super efficient. I love this place. Dealers are typically more expensive, and usually for good reason. My experience with Gator has been that they try their hardest to keep costs reasonable .

We enjoyed our visit it's a very good place everyone was really nice and helpful me and my girl love our new bike Dallas was so helpful to us we recommend that if anyone is looking to get a new Harley this is defiantly the place to go

The service department is the worst: incompetent Harley techs and service writers aren't the greatest. Let me rephrase that . . . the service department just flat out sucks! One service writer is arrogant on top of it. However, the service manager is a nice guy and does his best with his incompetent staff. I will never have my bike(s) serviced at Gator Harley again. Stay away from this dealer for your service needs. Buy your bikes and parts here, but have them serviced somewhere else. You have been warned!

I don't ride a Harley, but have been to many events there. All the people are very nice. Gator Harley holds a lot of fun raiser's for the motorcycle community.

Outstanding place to visit great selection of goods. Staff unbelievably friendly and not pushy. They couldn't wait to help provide as much service possible regarding any accessories or shopping in the store. Large selection of various bikes available to include trade ins. It's kind of out there but definitely worth the trip if you're coming from the Tampa area and want to go for a nice long ride out into the inter regions of the state.

I had purchased a bike in 2011from this dealership and it was a very pleasant experience with friendly sales and management personnel. I went in on a Sunday, 10/09/2016 to look at a bike I found on their website, about 3:00PM which was an hour before closing. I met with Aaron Wylie from sales and we discussed the different options. I decided not to buy a trike but Aaron then showed me a Street Glide Special which we decided to buy. It was now 4:00 PM and even though they were closing Aaron and Scott did not pressure me into rushing through the transaction. Everyone there was very patient and accommodating and I truly felt they were more interested in me then the sale itself. While everyone else had left with only a few people behind they installed a back rest so my wife would be safe riding the new bike home. The parts guy and the finance guy along with Aaron worked together to get me rolling. I had looked at a bike at another dealer and was treated so poorly I would never return there to purchase anything let alone a bike. The staff at Gator really went well beyond what any other dealership would have done. This dealership is 70 miles from home but well worth the trip. I got back there today and picked up my complimentary shirts as well as purchase some items for the bike with a 20% discount. I am a retired Bank Vice-President and I know the meaning of excellent customer service. My compliments to the management and staff of this excellent dealership.
