Rooms were clean, curb appeal was good, front desk clerk not very informative or welcoming, housekeeping knocks on door much earlier than check out time multiple times.

We booked the room online and drove over 2 hours and when we get there they say we can't pay with cash unless we leave a 250.00 deposit! Banks were already closed since it was Saturday and the lady in the front office argued with us and basically called us liars because when we called on the way there nobody told us about the cash issue although she states we didn't talk to anyone from there. We will never be back! The Quality Inn down the road is CLOSER to Mount Dora and was cheaper and so much nicer plus it's on the water.

This hotels internet is not great, and will not do good deals for staying long, it does not have a cook top kitchen and only has a microwave, the maids are a mandatory come bye every three days, and they kick you out of your room every time they come, and the breakfast are not very good, they do not have eggs or bacon or anything, now the good the rooms are clean and the front desk workers are nice

I'm so upset with this hotel You spend over 120 And at 9 am you have staff at the door ready for you to check out (when 12 pm is the time) they advertise breakfast and you get water down o.j. old ass oatmeal Cereal you can get at the dollar store That isnt breakfast. Your getting over 100 from every room you give out can't give us something worth coming down for. Night staff was polite.. But over all not happy Asked for a queen bed got a full I just can't believe the rip off I got tonight. I will never spend my money at this place every again.. Not worth the damn money

Okay, so this is a slightly uncommon review, butI made reservations here on my way to pickup a car. It was going to be a seven hour trip and I made the reservation before I left the house. About halfway through the night I realized I wasn't going to make it to Leesburg. I called this Microtel and since I made the reservation on their site, the attendant let me cancel with no issues. This was a HUGE relief!

Needs a humidifier for the each room. Or maybe for the whole building! Curtains don't block sun well. Fantastic place! Been here 3 or 4 times (2014-2017)

Great front desk staff! Our room on the 3rd floor was a small, clean room, perfect for an overnight visit. Restaurants including Ruby Tuesdays and Cracker Barrel are nearby. Nice continental breakfast included.

Extremely DISAPPOINTED, so freaking gross😷 The towels feel like sand paper, and are made for toddlers, one wrong more and you flash everyone. The luggage rack was broken, and the a/c is so loud. I had to wait 30 minutes for more pillows. Our mirror is dirty and gross. The window shutters are ripped. The shower head felt like the jet setting on a hose, one straight line shooting out at 100mph. Everything feels dirty and cheap, i could run a hotel nicer than this and im not even 18, i guess it explains the price.

We were given an accessible room, so not sure what they're regular rooms are like. The room was clean, but there was hardly any counter space in the bathroom. The breakfast was ok. They have a pancake making machine, so that was definitely unique and tasty. Overall a good stay but nothing spectacular.
