We shop at Pat's Sales quite often as we do several mobile home repairs, etc.
When our business needs parts, the technician will call from the Pat's Sales location for a purchase order as well as a credit card. We attempted to return the products for credit. Michael "the customer service manager", told my technician that he would need the card to issue the credit to the account.
I called Pat's Sales the next day to give the credit card number over the phone to get the credit, and "Michael" stated that we can purchase without the card, NOT give any credit without the card. What???? You already have already taken my card number for the initial sale, why in then would you need the physical card for the credit? Doesn't make sense.
Sounds as though they are not willing to give returns easily.

Never heard of having to present a credit card for the return after obtaining it for the sale.

The customer service manager was very "matter of fact" and certainly NOT customer friendly.
