To my opinion, many products are mark-up that explains the hole "sale" going on all the time. I fould many clothing to be cheaply made.

The quality of the products from this store are very bad , especially clothing ! Overpriced , having those " big sales" thinking you are getting a deal , when in reality thats the real price for the products. Costumer service is good .

Would give zero if i could didnt honor coupon i had because it was addresses to my old kast name and i got married in between that tine frame. The sales assoxiates wete very rude and did not uphold the customer service expectations they should have

I went to Kohls to purchase a vaccuum per the recommendation of my mother. Picked up a vac., carried it to the front of the storeas I was standing in a long line I decided I should check other local retailers, and their price on the exact same vac. Best buy literally had the exact same vac for $70 less. When I got to checkout I asked if they price match a local competitor like best buy. The assistant store manager told me they would not because best buy only sells refurbished vacs. I ordered the vac before I left the parking lot from best buy and picked it up in store for $70 less. Needless to say I'm shocked. I wasn't trying to combine any coupons or Kohls cash. I was just trying to purchase it out right. I probably spend around 1500-2000 at Kohls every Christmas for friends and family. I'm severely disaappointed.

For this Kohl's I only give it a 4 star because it seems we get less choices than other Kohl's. Coupons are not as good as Younkers.

This is probably the cleanest Kohl's I've ever been in. Normally they are a disaster, but this one is great! I always find some good deals and a decent selection of clothes.

Very poor selection of plus sized clothing. Clothing was odds n ends in sizes and was not restocked. They need to have their buyer purchase several styles instead of pleasing the over 50 group. I just wanted some tees.
