Cute place! SUPER CLEAN! Not the newest hotel for sure but its a well maintained classic. HUGE ROOMS. Very resonable rates.

Big room with a dated but comfortable decor. The woodwork and fixtures reminded me of vacations in the South in my youth. Room included good wifi, a fridge and a microwave. Bonus points for a recliner as one of the chairs by the small table. There was also a small desk so room for two to work at the table, one at the desk. I'd deduct half a point for shower running hot then cold but it reminded me of growing up and made me laugh. Cool water gave me a good rinse for my conditioner.

Such a refreshing change! This was our second time staying at the Brentwood and it was a delight again. I am not sure we have ever stayed at a cleaner hotel/motel. It was fun to experience the old time feel of a motel. They are doing this right, and we were impressed. The room was very large, the bedding was great, the bathroom was large, the microwave and fridge were a welcome bonus. We sat on the balcony and enjoyed a beverage to wind down after a long day. The free breakfast and coffee were a perfect way to kick off the day. I'd highly recommend this place!

Comfortable experience. Interior is quite outdated but has the basics for people on the road (microwave and fridge). The bed was also quite comfortable. Bathroom ventilation is the loudest thing you will ever hear in life so don't leave it on before going to bed. Friendly check-in, fast and easy. Otherwise not too much interaction with the staff.

I traveled from California to Pennsylvania and back, catching some ballparks. Of the 12 places I stayed, it was far and away the BEST. Nice people and a great room. I was questioning whether I got the one great room, so I asked to look at the other rooms. I looked at four other rooms.
Mine was the biggest, but all the others were very, very nice. A must stay.

We rented a 3 bedroom house with kitchen and living room, had lots of room for our 3 night stay. Beds were firm but sleepable, rooms were clean

Clean and nice place! No frills and extremely simple snack breakfast but great value and close to downtown! :)
