ExceptionalAfter years of poor customer service they now have it right!! Mechanics know their stuff, when in doubt they double check. I bought one of the first 80" Shovelheads (Low Rider) off the line back in 1978. Through all those decades Marquette like most dealerships couldn't find their way(attitude) past a little woman riding a big HOG. I've started with them in 2016 becausethey now respect and treat us well. They don't try to take advantage if us, which is good because some of us know our bikes and mechanical workings but just can't physically do the labor any more. Thanks Shawn, you and your Dept. are much appreciated!!

Always treated like family. Any issues we ever had were always fairly resolved. Staff is friendly and professional.

We were in our 5th day of a 6th day Ride around Lake Superior when 1 of 6 bikes had a problem we stop in and they got the bike right in. Then the owner went the extra mile. Because of construction the traffic was terrible and we didn't want to try to get 5 bike to the closest restaurant he loaded us up in his truck and took us to buffalo wild wings and picked us up when we were done. Great service THANK YOU!!!!! The bike belonged to John Shafer

We are from Alberta Canada. We had an issue with the cruise and our shifting mechanism fell apart. Andy first helped us by finding what the code was on the bike as all we knew was that the check engine light was on. We had 2.5 hours to get to him and wanted to make sure we didn't do more damage. The dealership got us in and fixed up. While we were there another fellow also had a problem much bigger then ours. They managed to get us both in with no notice and in our way to enjoy our holiday. Thanks to everyone involved.

We've been there a couple of times and each time we are always treated like good friends. I just have to say the ladies bathroom was a wonderful surprise! I love that they have Bath and Body Works spray/lotion, hair spray and ties to make us women feel and smell great! Thanks for that!

Prices have gone up and service has gone down since the new owners. Some of the people that have been there for a long time are good, but there's so many new and inexperienced people that you don't always know if you're getting the best information.

Very friendly staff and always willing to help with any question behind the desk or on the floor..really good people..highly recommend, you won't find the helpfulness or personality in the neighboring Harley dealers.

On vacation from NE, front wheel bearing went bad. They got me in on short notice and fixed my Electra Glide and got me back on road. Customer service was outstanding and friendliness of staff was great. Would recommend this place to everyone. Great selection of clothing and bikes too.
