Doctors are great, nurses/assistants are great. Conscientious care. The only downside is there will be a long wait. The doctors really listen to you though, so the wait is worth it.

I despise this place. My family and I have been seeing doctors at CMG for over 30 years. Ever since it has become so large it is inefficient, cold, uncaring and incompetent. Upon some medical emergencies over the last month, I had no choice but to be seen at the McLaren Emergency facility which is the same building as CMG. My records were sent to CMG and a follow up at my primary care physician was scheduled. From that point on, my records have been misplaced, my phone calls have not been returned (5 calls I have left so far, in the last week) and referrals that were to be sent to specialists were never sent. I am beyond fed up. Medical emergencies should NOT have to result in even more frustration for a patient. I should NOT have to baby sit incompetent doctors and assistants when it is their job to guard and send records as well as fax orders and referrals to specialists. As soon as this medical issue is resolved, my family and I will be looking for a new doctors office immediately.

Were told to be here at 3:30pm for a 4pm appointment. There was new patient paperwork to be done. Dr. Palfey has 1 person still ahead of us. It is 5:42pm. There are others waiting behind us. Insane that this is happening this is very inexcuseable. 2hrs later they have told the old couple behind us youll be back shortly. I said dont lie to them they still have 2 people ahead of them. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worse enemy.

Usually very fast and efficient. Have seen Dr. Moscovic for many years. Always available for questions. Office staff is friendly and facilities are clean and conveniently located close to I-75. They also always seem to be using the latest technology. Only drawback is you have to book appointments months in advance.

Incompetitence is the only word to describe the service. They send your scripts to various stores (miles from the exact pharmacy you stated numerous times) and promise it will never happen again.

Very nice staff and Dr. Abraham is wonderful, he never pushes medications or vaccines. My only complaint is that there is always a long wait in the waiting room and exam room.

My daughter visited Dr. Scott Krull while on break from college. He has gone above and beyond to ensure she is doing well and is only a phone call away. When insurance gave us a hard time covering a certain medication the staff was amazing! They took the time to call the insurance company (which only gave them run-around) and even called pharmacies in the Los Angeles area to find a discounted price. Amazing!

I literally never review anything on google but lets just say customer service is not their specialty. Took a trip to the emergency room and I will never be going back here again, and I would recommend going somewhere else if you can make the drive. You'll thank me later.

Awful, I was having gastro intestinal issues and extreme abdominal pain and arrived early for my appointment and wasn't seen for over an hour after I was put in a room and spke with a nurse. Also, we kindly voiced our complaints to multiple nurses and each expressed little care. I will not be coming back here.
