My salesman took time to listen to what I needed in a shoe. He looked a several different brands of shoes until we found the best fit. I would highly recommend buying your shoes from them especially if you have special needs for your feet, back and knees.

Best shoe store around for 100 miles.
Humongous selection, seriously, no other local store compares. Always have proper sizes in stock. Most knowledgeable staff, storewide I have ever come across. I have bone spurs and arthritis in my toe joint and work on my feet. They literally spent 5+ hours working with me, to help me achieve comfort on my feet. Not pushy at all. I will spend 300 dollars on a quality pair that offer me comfort for years, no doubt. Do not believe the negative reviews on this most wonderdul store. That's the main reason I wrote this review, because what they say is entirely not true. I've been to this store numerous times and always same result. A++

Best experience I have ever had buying shoes. Miguel asked me questions about my job and what I was looking for. He was quick to offer me a few selections at various orice points. After I picked the shoes I wanted, he helped me find the best size and even added some extra padding to accommodate the shape of my foot.

I have no reason to go to any other shoe store again.

I have been going to The Shoe Market for several years now. With arthritis and other foot issues, this IS the only shoe store to go to. The sales staff are knowledgeable but if you have more than a fit problem only see MIKE. He is the best in fitting your shoes just for you. Building them up or lowering them. He looks at how you walk, what the bottom of your shoes look like and the inside foot bed where your toes make indentations.
Highly recommend both The Shoe Market and Mike and I have. My doctor goes to Mike and a friend from Wisconsin goes to Mike.
Prices are high but you get what you pay for the best feeling shoes.

I was very pleased with the selection of high quality shoes. I purchased some ecco shoes and they fit perfect. Daniel done a great job helping me with my shoe purchase so I decided to purchase a belt too. I would definitely recommend this company.

My nephew and I bought my sister here for a pair of shoes. Her issues are small wide feet as well as swelling ankles. She didn't have to walk all over the store and we loved that.

She was measured and shown several pairs. They are absolutely cute and she loves them. Which makes us HAPPY! They're also very stylish. So thanks Shoe Market for having such a wonderful selection of shoes for issues like my sister has.

I went here to buy a pair of shoes. They didn't have them in stock. I talked with the salesman about what I was looking for and got a size. I was told there was no re-stocking fee for this line and returns for 14 days. The shoe came in and was not what I wanted. Since I paid over $300, I want what I want not something else. I went to take them back and there was a no refund policy, only exchange or store credit and a restocking fee. I talked to the owner and he was as useless as the salesman. I just want to be done with this company.
