I was finishing up some Christmas shopping last night. All the clothing especially in the kids Department was all over the place and it piles on the floor. I was trying to get a Fitbit for my mom. They only had the Blaze in one size. I found one in the size I need it but when we open the box the main part was missing. When I asked about it, they said it must have been stolen. Also if you read the fine print on a 30% off coupons nothing that you go in there for applies anymore

They have great sales and I find clothes that I love and are well made. The only downside is that their checkout lines take long.

Such a disheveled heap of a store. It would be so much easier to shop here if it wasn't so had to sift through. Items need to be checked because so many of them are on different size hangers to what they actually are. I'm thinking if there was more assistance for the employees, hiring more help, it could all be handled.
Prices are high and it's hard to redeem Kohls cash, so easy to forget and in the past there was the ability to redeem it late. There needs to be more consistency.response / report this review -

Prices usually good however store looks like a tornado hit it inside. Especially by the clothes. Everything is all messed up, clothes not on right size so always check clothes 1st.

Always great finds at Kohl's! Great deals and the Kohl's cash keeps me coming back! Was able to get a shirt for $9 that was originally priced at $40!

I was looking for specific blue Fit Bit Blaze, it was no where to be found. George, an employee, was very helpfull. I'd like to mention that it was getting close to closing and George still took the time to search high and low all over the store. I had given up hope and would have moved on and purchased elsewhere but he found the only one they had. Thank you George for going above and beyond. I recommend this location for employee friendliness and willingness to help.

This used to be one of my favorite places to shop, but the customer service has dropped severely in the past year or so. Several occasions I have been in the dressing room and the employees were complaining to each other loudly about their schedules or having to organize the dressing room. Trust me, I understand how frustrating it is when people don't clean up after themselves, but it's one of those things that you complain about in the breakroom, not in front of other customers.

Emma needs to keep her children under control.until you buty itt, it's not theirs to play with. That is now a used toy. I don't like to shop where there are unruly children. The store clerk was correct.
