Great place to shop ,great customer service . Employees are always willing to help you find something or get you a price check. Kohl's cash and coupons and other discounts are always in season year round . Returns are usually timely. Shop online saves a lot of time in store pickup is quick .

I love Kohls. It is a bit of a challenge to find since you can't see from main street. I am from 50 miles south so I don't get there often. I know you have to turn into shopping area and follow the signs. Someone from Champagne should know street name

Racks packed so tight you can't see the clothes. Most of the time it looks like a closet exploded. If you wear a medium or large, they often don't have them. They have many types of rewards but sometimes my card isnt recognized. Danville is where I prefer to go.

It's been many months since I stepped foot in the Champaign Illinois store. I stopped going because the lack of pride in the store is so evident due to how messy all of the departments are. The clearance racks are the worse. Everyone knows that if you want to move product you need to keep it organized CONSTANTLY. Kohls does not implement this, thus, the trashiness of the store. If you still want to shop at a brick and mortar Kohls--make the drive to the Danville store. It's well worth the trip! (In order to post my comment I am forced to tap on a star. The Champaign store does not rate the one star I had to tap) And for YOU smartallics, YES, I COULD DO A FANTASTIC JOB! Never complain about something you can't or won't try to fix!

Generally well taken care of and good deals when you catch clearance plus discount. Selection can be a little subpar depending on what you're looking for.
