I had some electrical issues in my room with the microwave oven, when I went to use it, I had to hold the plug in the wall and the TV shut off that was also plugged into that outlet. My room also smelled strongly like Noxema face wash. It was the oddest thing. My room was clean, the bed was really comfortable, and the staff was really nice. I bought some bagged peanuts from the snack bar and noticed 2 bags that were still hanging there that had expired at the end of July. So I gave them to the desk clerk. Breakfast was great!! Would stay here again in the future!!

Great location, close to the hospital for myself. Rooms were comfy. The air didn't seem to cool to the correct temperature but did well enough.

Clean and comfortable accommodation. Bus stop nearby. Not many restaurants closer. Breakfast is included and good enough. Pay and use washing machine available. Overall good value for money.

Very basic clean room. Among the cheapest group rates for Urbana. Free breakfast options are convenient and somewhat healthy. Check-in process can be a little long and painful with only one person working the desk.

Perfect for what we needed. A clean place to sleep and clean up. Laundry room, pool and fitness. They have a good discount to Carle Hospital patient families. Something very important for long term patient families.

This hotel is currently under renovation. It appears they had new bed linens and fresh paint in the room. The mattress was not new. While there was fresh paint in the bathroom, the bathroom counter was old/stained and the tub caulking was badly stained. The hot tub was not working due to renovation. The room was clean otherwise.
