A huge shop.. Difficult to find items.. well organized!! Staffs were friendly!! Even the deals were better Kohl’s cash is the addition/bonus.. I recommend ☝️

They played Christmas music at the beginning of November. I want to rip my ears off. I'd rather listen to the prongs of a fork slide along a chalk board before I listen to another Christmas song. I like the Kohl's Cash thing though for every $50 you spend they give you $10 to use at Kohl's. Not bad.

I love this store. So clean and quiet. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Great place to walk around and browse. Then I try on all the clothes I pick out. There are always tons of sales going on and coupons, plus kohls rewards and cash. The new carts are awesome. My 4 yr old loves riding in them. Great place for shopping for the whole family.

This is a really nice store. Customer service is always fast & easy. Usually not too crowded in the mornings. Sometimes you have to double check clothing tags against the hanger size. Often times the hanger is NOT correct. That's my only complaint. Checkout is usually easy & cashiers are friendly.

As always, you cannot beat the prices and selection. With Kohl's cash, you save even more. My "go to" for dress and casual clothing.

The Brandon Kohl's is pretty clean and nice. This one seems more organized and better stocked than other Kohl's stores I've been. The Kohl's rewards plus other offers (coupons) and Kohl's Cash can save you a lot of money so definitely sign up for it. The minus one star is for the dressing rooms - seems to always have a bunch of clothes left in it - I know the employees can't help it but I do find it annoying that I have to shuffle things around to try on stuff.

Very wide variety of clothing that I typically would purchase and adorn. Sometimes graphic tees can be a tad bit pricey but are more than likely on sale. Great service and Swift checkout. Never crowded.

Love it!!! Great professional employees!!! Very helpful, courteous and friendly! Store very clean. Very busy weekend day and check out lines were extremely long because of the fantastic deals going on but the wonderful cashiers kept the checkout going fast and pleasant! Love Kohl's in Brandon, FL!👍👍💞

What you'd expect from a retail establishment. Prices are about medium when come compared to Macy. Cleanliness is standard. Good selection of men's clothing.

You get the best deals at Kohl's. Especially with their credit card. The store is always organized and clean. Dressing rooms kept nice. Staff is very helpful.

I was insulted and verbally attacked by the shift manager in front of the entire checkout area.
Patricia Barbosa is the most unprofessional person I have ever come across.
Not once did she say anything a professional would say.
Things like " I completely understand your frustration" or " I apologize for the confusion and understand how that could be misleading ".
Instead she said one rude snarky comment after another.
She almost refused to give me her name or the name of the General Manager.
I have been a valuable loyal customer since the beginning and will not be giving anymore of my business to this corporation..

when I contacted customer relations I was offered 200 yes to you reward points equaling about $10.00!
My purchase on Sunday was over $1300.00 worth of Kohls merchandise.
I am beyond pissed!

I love this place! Very friendly staff and awesome deals during the week. It's usually not busy. The check out service is fast and the rewards system saves you a lot of money.
