My husband purchased my ring here and the first time around the customer service was excellent. They did cleanings every time we came to the store. Few months later it seems like this store is closing. The same lady that helped us with our purchase, I believe her name is Judy, was very rude and made smart remarks and looked like she could care less when we came in to help us. I asked for a cleaning and she gave me a look. It's not my fault that the store is closing for her to give customers such a rude service. She should go retire. She had also mentioned that the owner of this company died and that's why they're closing. That's a lie. I did my research and they filed for bankruptcy. I'm also highly disappointed we just got this ring and they had a "life-time warranty" which apparently is out the window since they're closing. Now I have to go find a store for cleanings and insurance for my ring. Ridiculous!
Please be careful buying from there specially when they have a huge sale
They change there prices to show that they have sales but it is a big scam
The sale price is higher than original price
A portion of a bezel on my most beloved ring broke so I took it back to Bond for repair. Six weeks later I recieved a call saying it would be 6 more weeks as they shipped it overseas. A few weeks later they called and said they would need to recast it and it would cost $300. It took a total of 4 months!!!! to get my ring back. If they would have been up front with me when I dropped it off I would have taken it elsewhere, reguardless of cost. I was without my ring for 1/4 of a year. Unbelievable.
Save every receipt! They do a lousy job of tracking your purchases in their systems- especially warranties.
Not only did Pandora ruin my Birthday but Bond jewelers did. My husband dropped off my Pandora bracelet to the store on Monday and now it's Friday and it is not done. Also the bracelet I wanted is not in stock. So now he had to tell me that he will not be giving me my new bracelet because of 2 stores can not seem to get there act together. Worst service ever
My fiancé bought a pair of hoop earrings from this location, unfortunately I do not wear hoop earrings so I asked to return them in exchange for studs. The woman was very accepting and reviewed my receipt and agreed since I was still in the time frame :). She helped me pick out a lovely pair of diamond studs and I paid the difference. Months later I returned for the regular complimentary cleaning and inspection and the two ladies there were just absolutely fabulous. No pressure selling and not hovering over me but swiftly answered questions when I had them. Even though this store is about 45minutes away I will be making all my future purchases there :)
Absolutely no high pressure sales tactic here. Ive been in twice and the girls have been sweet, helpful, and above all, patient. Even when I explained that I was just looking and not ready to buy, their attitudes never wavered. Bond isnt owned by the giant conglomerate cooperation that owns other chains (like Kay and Jareds) so they dont look at you like a walking dollar sign. For value and service, this is the only jewelry store where I will be spending my money.
