Extremely easy return. I was worried that I had thrown away the box for one of the jewelry items I wanted to return, although I had a duplicate item to return. The customer service person did not even blink. She took the items (with receipt) and credited my account quickly. This high quality customer service will keep me coming back.

Personable and helpful staff. Sale prices are unbelievably good! Store is meticulously clean. Was traveling through the area live an hour and a half south and love this Kohl’s !

There is no clear sign of where the departments are located. Also, they need to change the Kohl's cash to a coupon because if you use Kohl's cash you can not get the sales.even though it said you can stack? So you cannot use it like cash to get the good deals. No point in shopping there when the mall and other retailers actually reward you for shopping there. What I bought with my Kohl's cash for $54 originally rang up with the discounts at $29.

Clean, neat, well organized store. Great sales. Using the Kohls apptools.scanner allows me to see what price something is if on sale, which is helpful to keep I'm my budget. Also earning rewards dollars and Kohls cash keep me going back.

I have been to Kohl's, Clw. before & really enjoy shopping there. They seem to have more of a selection than the one in St. Petersburg which I go to often only because it is more convenient. Employee's are pleasant at both.

This a pretty standard Kohl's. The customer service was fantastic and the employees overall were very helpful. If you use their coupons and shop clearance, you can get great deals here. That being said, they carry a few things I will pay full price for, even though it's high.

Always a pleasure shopping here! The sales staff are super friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell. Every day something is on sale and the scratch off discount cards are an added bonus! Very impressed with the generous, hassle free return policy!

Typical retail store. Used to really love Kohl's back when I lived in Illinois, particularly for great shoe deals but I haven't visited in years after having some issues with a store in Sterling Illinois. Decided to give the local store a chance. This one seems really packed full of clothes. Definitely takes some searching to find sizes and items you want. So much easier to go online and find what you want in far less time with less hassle. Also really tired of all the different discount programs, coupons, Kohl's cash, credit card rewards etc. Brand loyalty is about customer service and quality. Enough with the gimmicks please. Better prices and friendly people. I'm not one who likes to be hounded by sales people but a simple acknowledgement when I say hello goes a long way. I'll visit againmaybe.

Good prices and a wide selection of items. There is always a great selection of clothes. My 12 year old daughter and I can both shop there and be happy.

Haven't been to a Kohl's in several years. It was pretty much what I expected. One thing that I love about this place is that you can try cosmetic products before you buy them. Got two cute tops.

This is my go-to when buying clothes for my family. There are ALWAYS great sales on beautiful things that would cost much more elsewhere. I bought my mother a nice watch for Christmas one year from their jewelry department and a pair of nice shoes for her, as well. Once I bought a pair of sunglasses and a screw came out of them; they were useless after at least 6 weeks of wear. I happened to be shopping in the store and mentioned the glasses (which I had in my car) to a saleswoman. She had me return the glasses and pick a new pair! That experience is routine with the customer service I've received at this store. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. I highly recommend this store.
