We stayed here during the Thanksgiving holiday. The hotel is at very good location, next to the water, shops and restaurants. You do have to pay valet parking fee, but I think it's acceptable for this location. Room is very clean and comfortable.

Plus 2 thumbs up for this hotel's staff. I have never stayed in a hotel with staff that were this happy to be at work and friendly to the guests. The room was spectacular, beds were very comfortable which I tend to have an issue with. Perfect location for restaurants and weekend market. Absolutely loved my stay here.

Helpful staff. Very nice cocktail hour. Nice room. Only issue was parking. I prefer to valet so it worked for me, but others might be frustrated.

We enjoyed our stay in this location. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. Very pleasant atmosphere. Conveniently located to many restaurants and parks near water. We felt at home with all staff. We especially enjoyed our parking valet Christopher. He was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great experience. Hope to come back soon.

Great location downtown, walkable to the bay, restaurants, etc. Also a bike share station a block away. Staff is very friendly, especially with children. The breakfast bar is fantastic - eggs, sausage, french toast, waffles plus the typical hotel breakfast staples like yogurt, fruit, cereal. Rooms are decent with black out shades, fridge, and microwave. Small issue with rooms - limited space to put away clothes.

great place with great location. there are many restaurants and bars within walking distance. staff is friendly and courteous. rooms are nice with comfy beds and linens. the breakfast and happy hour in the lobby are always good.

Entering the hotel was a nice surprise, the ambience was very move and it was all clean. The staff and service was really really good, and the breakfast wasn't bad either. The rooms were clean themselves and had the all the necessities for an overnight stay. It was well air conditioned too. Overall a great experience for me, and I'd come here again next summer when i visit back.

Very nice hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms. Located close to the water, as well as many excellent restaurants and shops. Just down the road from the Dali museum. Nice place to stay.

Beds and pillows werent great. Pregnant wife had a tough time getting comfortable. Was finally able to get a late checkout after asking for 3 nights.

Fantastic downtown hotel. Right on beach drive and within walking distance to most everything. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff greeted us Everytime we walked by. Really enjoyed our stay

My husband and I stayed the night here during our mini road trip. I had gotten a room online the same day, and when we arrived check in was super easy. All staff that we came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. It is valet only which for the area is for the best (no parking and meters everywhere). Lots of shops, restaurants/bars, and museums within walking distance. Room was quiet and clean. All in all a pleasant experience. 10/10 would stay again.
