Reasonably priced, but sort of noisy. Nothing fancy (very basic "continental" breakfast and rooms need upgrading) nice people, good parking, and it's close to major areas/10 min. from Cannery Row, 5 min.from freeway

Room clean bed comfortable however walls paper thin you could hear everything from rooms above and next door. They say continental breakfast I say have breakfast elsewhere no room to eat breakfast plastic plates knives and forks. Receptionist not very helpful.

I gotta give this place the three C's of quality. Convenient, comfortable and clean. Not of the utmost luxurious and expensive but its more than worth it. The tenants are very kind and service is excellent. Towels and bed smell fresh of clean linen place is clean to a T!!! Love it. Id be back. I ♡ Monterey.

As motel goes it's fine. We stayed overnight before when visiting the Aquarium. Reasonably priced, good value, friendly. Help yourself breakfast at reception, cereals, pastries, coffee etc

Aside from light switches which were hard to find, the experience was fine for my 3 roommates and I for a night. They also have breakfast, but I cannot speak to its quality.

Nice large room. Upgraded my room without warning but can't complain about getting more for less. Funny smell but just opened the window and went away. Kinda shallow tubnot made for two. Working microwave, minifrige, hairdryer, and plumbing. Overall worth the price.

I booked a room with them 2 weeks in advance only to realize I accidentally booked a non-refundable rate. I thought I had free cancellation until I got to the confirmation screen and it said non-refundable. I immediately called to cancel based on this error and they wanted to charge me over $150. They ended up lowering the fee to $66 but I will never consider staying there if that's how they treat their customers. 99% chance I end up going on the trip, but I would never stay there after the way they treat the customer.

The place looks very cute and quaint. Rooms themselves are very comfortable. My only issue is the low water pressure for their shower. There's a shopping plaza across the street and it's closer to a 17 Mile drive entrance.
