Wanted to make a last minute trip down to Monterey and this hotel was perfect! Was very reasonably priced and was in a good location (very short drive from cannery row and from downtown). The room was great, had a king size bed, a big tv, and a fireplace. Added bonus they had a great breakfast restaurant right next door. We would stay again!

Older property but well maintained. Stayed 1 night in an upstairs room that faces Lake St. Room has a water closet with the sink next to the front door. Sliding glass door leads to the shared balcony (guests can walk by, and see in your room) that overlooks the pool area.

Very nice greeting and big rooms with parking space right in front of the room. Unfortunately breakfast is not included. Pool is heated and the hotel is really close to the beach and beautiful coast. Fishermen's wharf also really close in walking distance

This is hands down the best presented motel we have stayed in. It's not the most modern motel however it certainly is the cleanest. The team are super helpful and you can tell the business is 110% customer focused at every touch point. Well done and thank you for the great visit. Great location & pool area.

Prices for an overnight single room were within a reasonable price range for the area. Services with the hotel included a small pool and spa. Rooms contained all basic luxuries with coffee machine included. Bathrooms were not 100% clean and there was a lack of some essential bathroom products. Access to car parking was easy. Access to other equipment was required to ask at the front.

Rooms are much nicer inside than the hotel looks like from the outside. Really actually very nice. The location is really convenient to head to the beach, walking distance. A very short trip over to fisherman's warf or cannery row.

Older hotel, well maintained, stayed two nights. We really enjoyed our stay room clean, frig. Microwave, extras. Staff very frendly and helpful, discount tickets for aquarium ect. Would definitely stay there again! Cafe was great, food fresh beautifully presented.

Very competitive price. The buildings are old and it is a little bit noisy (depending on the people in the next room). But it is very nicely located, we walked from the hotel to the Fisherman's Wharf (it is about 1 mile). Although, when we were coming back to the hotel (~7pm), the last quarter of a mile was very poorly illuminated. Also, the hotel staff is very friendly.
