I was referred here to see Susan for a consultation on extensions. She is AMAZING!! First she is familiar with every type clip, tapes, keratin tips, bonds AND she's been doing them for years. I actually had an extension that was slipping and she worked me in last minute and fixed it. She had not installed mine but as I'm new to the area she understood and made it happen. The salon is beautiful and everyone was so kind and nice to work with. You know you've found a great colorist and great salon when they work to help clients. This salon did exactly that. So glad I've found them. Stop in and see for yourself!

Awful service. The worst experience I've ever had in my entire life. Yesterday I went there and asked if they had time for a full legs waxing, and it was AWFUL. The waxer hurted me pressing the wax on my legs, she PEELED my skin badly and I paid 100$ for that service. She was also really slow, made things falling all the time and at one point she also told me, laughing, "this is not my day" (seriously?). I'm going to call soon or stop there today to speak with the owner of the business, because I absolutely want to be refund. Nobody should ever go out from a salon as I did it yesterday.

Both my niece & I recently visited the beautiful new salon. We both saw Susan for cuts & color. She did an INCREDIBLE job! We have very different styles & Susan made both of us very happy. (We both received quite a few compliments on our hair as well!)I simply cannot recommend her enough!!!

I spent a lot of money at this salon for a while now--and each time I leave, I feel like I did most of the work and wondered how the stylist I had passed her cosmetology exam. It's remarkable how much it costs and the time it takes to get simple highlights done and you leave knowing you could have done it better yourself with a store bought kit. My stylist is (was) sloppy, not confident in her trade, a smoker, (which is so unprofessional when that close working on your clients hair) and should probably find another profession. Although, I must remark that the salon owner should have recognized this by now, but keeps her employed for whatever reason. I Should have left a long time ago. BOO!!! I'm done here.
