We have been coming to various Burntwood Taverns for years, We always enjoy it, but had an exceptional experience with our server, Julia, this weekend. The restaurant was quite busy, but she made it fun, enjoyable, and was quite attentive despite the heavy traffic. Love those tavern tots!!

Went here for dinner on a Friday night and it was packed. Only had to wait about 20 minutes for a table but while waiting I sat at the bar and had a drink with my dinner party. The prices were good and the beer selection was great. When we got seated, the waitress was prompt and helps us decide on what to get based on her personal opinion. I got the french dip sandwich and it was amazing! The beef was tender and juicy and the french fries were cook perfectly! The other people in my dinner party were also very happy with their meals! For being a really busy night, the employees kept it going smoothly and there wasn't chaos. The place is a little loud due to the large amount of people that were in the restaurant that night but other then that, it was a great night and I will definitely be going back if I'm ever in the area!

Great service, great food. My wife and I really enjoyed our meal! She had the BWT Bacon Burger, I had the Tavern Dip Sandwich. Excellent!

Lunch with my work group. Ordered steak salad and added shrimp. Everyones food came out and mine didnt have steak or shrimp on it. They had to cook it and everyone was finished eating by the time I got it.

This restaurant should not be rated 4.2 stars out of 5. I have finally given up on this place. I remember coming earlier this year for Mother's Day and the service was unorganized, meal items forgotten and some things prepared incorrectly. I held my tounge. Today 9/28/17, I ordered their signature burger (meaning there go-to burger) for lunch as a to-go order and come to realize that they no longer package their entrees in plastic containers. It is now served to you in a brown bag, and the egg yolk from the burger was EVERYWHERE. Do not serve an egg burger if you can't find a proper way to package the item. Not only that but the Fries are not even Fries. It's like little pieces of half fries that are burnt and have no potato inside of them.
Mind you the to go order was placed at 1:23 - i was told 15-20 minutes.. And didn't get the order from the bar until 1:52. 29 minutes after I called. Do you think I wanted to sit there for 15 minutes? It takes less than 15 minutes for a burger to be made. Ridiculous!
I do not want money back, i do not want to ever set foot in this place again, and I caution you to ALWAYS read reviews before you go out to eat or order out because this is as much of a 4.2 star restaurant as 5 guys is. Disturbing

Pretty good food each time I've gone there. The service is consistently underwhelming, bordering on annoying because wait staff usually seem so clueless and poorly trained, though they do try. Not a huge variety but the prices are fair to average and the food is tasty. Not my favorite place but a family member likes it. Worth a try, but I'd recommend the Tinker's Creek Tavern or the Glenwillow Grille as better alternatives if you don't necessarily need to stay in this area.

The staff dealt with our large group well. Food all came out at the same time, even! We went for brunch and everything looked incredible. Pancakes were huge! Would definitely go again.

The lobster bisque was tasty but not hot when served. The balance of the meal was pretty good. What disappointed me the most was the fact that the upholstery on the chairs and booths is cracked and threadbare. This is not noticeable when the restaurant is full but when there were a number of empty tables and booths it was surprising to see.

Easily the best sit down restaurant in Solon!! The interior is a rustic work of art and the menu pleases everyone from the monster burger eater to the salad lover! I have yet to be disappointed by a meal there!! My husband's a huge fan of their prime rib which is offered only on Saturday nights. They aren't on the menu but make sure to ask for the warm pretzel sticks, they are complimentary and AMAZING!!! :-p

We went here for the first time for their happy hour. They have great happy hour options! We ordered two glasses of house cab and a mule, all of which were good. The only downside was the speed of service. We were seated at a table near the bar and saw our drinks put up on the end to be delivered. After about ten minutes of waiting for someone to run them to the table, we just walked up to the bar and asked for the drinks to be passed over.
