We had out company outing here this week and had a great time! We bowled for 2 hours and also had lunch at our lanes. The service was great, and the food was terrific! Kate did an awesome job as our hostess. I would highly recommend King's for a group outing!

Love the atmosphere of this place. The draft Room, the new addition, is absolutely beautiful. A sports-lover's heaven. Chastity was an amazing server and bartender!!!

We had a less than pleasant experience at Kings this past weekend. The food was overpriced and poor quality. I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich which was fatty and gristley when I cut I to it, I got attitude when I politely asked if I could get something else. We had a reservation at the lanes after lunch, they came and asked us our names and shoe sizes while we were eating so we'd be ready to go when we were done. They told us our lane wasn't ready, gave us a pager, and directed us to the lane area to play with the free games. The free games were really fun! But after 45 minutes, the kids we were with were getting restless. When we asked how much longer we were I formed that they never actually put our names on the list! They gave us a pager but didn't put us in the line. We left. Worst experience "/

I went bowling with some friends on Friday, and everyone was so nice and helpful! Since we went pretty early in the afternoon, it wasn't too packed, and we got a lane right away.
I got some drinks from the bar and the bartender, Marty, was such a sweetie! He offered some great recommendations since I couldn't make up my mind lol
I'm definitely planning to go again soon, but it's probably easier to get bowling lanes if you go earlier in the day.

Posting about food only! Me and my spouse had never been here before so we thought we would try it. I got a burger, all angus beef, for 6.99 and it was the size of a sliderI left there hungry. I also got sweet potato fries but they gave me regular fries, it was nice that they let me have the regular fries and the order of sweet potato fries. Then my spouse got a turkey apple cheese sandwich that was 2x as big as my slider, but it was not even warm and it had melted cheese which shows it probably should have been given as a hot sandwich. Not the best night out for food here, but the bowling was a ton of fun!

I was escorted of the bar with the hand cuffs on because complained that waitress brought regular burger when we order gluten free meal as my wife has GF allergy. The best part they made us pay for the food we never received. Leaving up to you to judge if handcuffs were necessary over the verbal argument with waitress who brought wrong meal at the first place

yesterday evening I visited Lucky Strike K.I.N.G.S in Rosemont, IL and immediately once I approach the entrance I was stop by two security guards. one of the guards ask me what was I doing here and that caught me off guard. He then continue and stated "that I couldn't come in the establishment with "Timberland boots" and they would supply bowling shoes if i couldn't switch my shoes. honestly, it was ridiculous. so only Levy boots are allowed in the building but not the TIMS!!! I decided not to spend my money here. Since my choice of designer is not welcome. I"m very disappointment that this is the brand K.I.N.G.S present.

We purchased a party package for my 30th birthday which included food and 2 reserved bowling lanes (alcohol not included) and it cost $800 for only 2 hours- not only was it ridiculously expensive, but when the time was up, they literally powered off the lanes while we were still bowling and basically kicked us out (we were on our last frame too). When my family member went to complain they refused to let us finish our game and said we had to leave. The place was not crowded. There was no one waiting to bowl and other lanes were open. They offered us a couple bottles of cheap champagne and told us to clear the space. The only reason I even gave them A star is because our waitress was good. I wish I remembered her name because she was very nice and did a good job attending to my parties needs.

Very accommodating staff! My huge group was late, but they were still very friendly and accommodating. My son has an egg allergy and a staff member went out of her way to ensure my one year old had some thing he could eat. Food was delicious and fairly priced for the area the food is much better than sugar factory! Excellent wings, tenders, appetizer trio, and four cheese pasta. If anything the buffalo won ton are a must! Bowling was fun as well and we didn't have to wait! Thanks for making my friends birthday great despite us being late. Chino our waitor was excellent for our lively crew!!!!

Over priced, marginal food always accompanied with bad service. Been a dozen times now and they can't get it together. Bowling is outrageously expensive too.

Good food. Drinks are good. Food and drinks prices are what you expected giving the location. Sucks you gotta pay for parking but still not bad.

Pauline was the best bartender I've ever had! She was so amazing. She made my experience great! This was my first time here and I'd definitely come back again and again! I love it here!!! Super great food and even better service!! Thanks for the great service!!!
