Amazing place to bowl, play pool and great arcade. More than that amazing bar service, highly recommended and definitely gonna go again. 5-star place for sure.

I was here last weekend with some friends. Its an awesome place to be on a Saturday night! The music was awesome, the staff is over the top friendly and the food and drink options were great! Don't forget to check out the awesome game room with arcade, ping pong, pool and "Ballin" Good times, Good Peeps!

Been there twice and the service was bad both times Had to wait forever for someone to come and wait on us for food both times.. and the first time we was there for my husbands birthday The manager had to came down to serve us as well for the second time we was there with just our kids and the guys told us he thinks that kind of service only happen to black people

They remodeled the arcade that was here before. It is definitely much nicer but for one game of bowling for 3 people, it was $31. More than it used to be. The pizza is really good but they don't offer pitchers of pop. You can only buy a glass full and it will cost you $4. That's a little much for soda pop. So while it is nice inside, it will cost a bit more.

Love this place, a little bit of everything: bowling, skee-ball, basketball shoot-out, old school arcade games, beer pong and a bar with with friendly wait staff. A little on the overpriced side but in my opinion worth it. We spend hours n hours here. Love it!

Had a party for 12 at 3:00 on a Sunday. Great speedy service, staff was very attentive. Definitely got my money worth and would come again. It was the perfect option for a birthday party with guests ranging in ages 3 to 55. Nice atmosphere, only slight complaint is lighting made it hard to get pics. So parents should be aware of lighting in lane area.

I'm sure the games are a blast, but I wouldn't know as I spent half of my time here waiting on a drink order that was delivered wrong. You can get better value on drinks with quicker, friendlier service elsewhere. I won't be back.

The games are fun, and the adult drinks are huge, but they've completely killed the atmosphere that I sought out with Brunswick Zone.
It used to be a good mix of chill and energetic, but now it's completely dark with randomly-placed neon lights and the piped dance-club music is so loud, you can't have a conversation.
Everything about the place gives off an "over 21" vibe, and yet there is a constant flow of small children bumping into your legs. Incongruous and confusing.response / report this review -

First time at a Bowlero location. Was a great experience. Was clean, good upkeep, the staff was great. I was there for business outing so we had the place very crowded. I was impressed with how well the staff handled it and went out of their way for us.

I went to the bar with some friends. They ordered and received their drinks within five minutes. When I ordered only two drinks I had to wait 10 minutes for him to even take my order. When he took my order the FIRST time he wandered off and served other customers that arrived after me. When he came and took my order the second time, charged my card, and then I waited another 10 minutes while he served more people but he didn't even try to start making those two drinks. Then he charged my card for 17.38 but my two drinks were listed on the 3.00 special menu. The receipt showed where he voided a drink out but then added it again twice. I'm sorry but six dollars plus tax does not add up to 17 something. So when he finally arrived with one of the two drinks I mentioned the charge fee card and it took him a long time to even correct that. Normally I don't make a fuss about these situations but this was absolutely ridiculous because the bar was not that busy. Customers arrived here and there and I'm no a picky person if I'm accidentally skipped but last night I was completely ignored for a long time and it was rude as hell. He looked at me multiple times as I was trying to get his attention and still ignored me.

I planned a party at 9pm on a Saturday night (without reservations). I could not have been happier. We had to wait about 30 minutes for our lanes but didn't mind waiting in the bar. The bowling, music, atmosphere was great! Not over priced either! Dennis at the counter was great- He had his hands full, but handled it well.
My only criticism would be for the bar itself. They were very understaffed. We had to wait longer than usual for a drink, sometimes because they had to wash a glass. They clearly needed to be better organized and prepared- I cant imagine it was a surprise that they were busy on a Saturday night.
Overall, I would recommend Bowlero for a date night, group outing or families! Thank you!response / report this review
