Have purchased 3 Honda cars from AutoNation in the past 12 years, great experience with each one. The most recent purchase is a 2016 Honda Fit, I've had it for about a week and LOVE it! Great service from the minute we walked into the door and met with Brian all the way through to finishing up with the paperwork in financing.
Signed me up with terrible auto loan company at 18% interest, Regional Acceptance Corporation. Promised that I could pay off loan without penalty (LIE). Promised that my interest would only be 12% (LIE). Pointed out one tire that was extremely worn and asked for it to be fixed. "Sorry, we don't do that." Then, made me wait over three hours to get me approved after picking out my car three days previously and telling them I would be in to sign the paperwork on the day off. High pressure, used car salesman tactics from beginning to end. Sign now, sign now, SIGN NOW!!!!!! Stay away from these folks and go with a different dealership.
Sales rep, Jericho, was very very helpful, professional and friendly. I'd give him a 10 star! Reason I didn't give 5 star to full experience was the billing paperwork took too long. Not to mention a name, but the paperwork fellow didn't have the best attitude and then he was too pushy trying to sell me a extra warranty. But do keep in mind, buying a new car now days, there is a ton of paperwork and it just does take some time. I would be willing to buy another car from these guys.
If there were negative stars that’s what I would give. We simply took our car in for a new set of keys and I was called because my car that was running just fine up until now, it’s battery has died. We were told we needed a new battery. When my husband said it was running just fine they agreed we don’t need a new battery. That’s fine and all but the next day my dashboard is now lit up. From check engine light to the VSA light. I urge everyone reading this review to take your car elsewhere. They create more problems just to earn the business.
I have taken my car to be serviced at AutoNation for many years. They have always done an excellent job. The service advisers are helpful and informative. On my last repair, Jon explained everything that needed to be done, either immediately or in future. The waiting room is comfortable, with free wifi, and a coffee station. They will also shuttle you to/from home within a certain distance.
Mikey Torres was great from start to finish. Anything we asked for he never said no to. He helped me out given my car situation. I really needed a car to get to clinicals we told him our situation and he did all he could to make sure we got a car i could afford.
Lindsay from finance was wonderful!!! Thank you guys! Will definitely recommend this dealer to my friends and family.
Very very bad experience. I wanted to buy a new car and made appointment with John. John was nice and helpful, but his manager Gina was a nightmare, as if I owe her a million. The most frequent word from her was "No", without any facial expression. When I told her I have to reconsider the price, she stood up and walk away without a word, neither saying thank you nor shaking my hand. Why can such a rude and arrogant person be a sales manager??? John could do a much better job! Anyway, another dealer offer me $1000 less for the same car and satisfied everything I asked, and we made deal. Today I went to 6 dealerships and she was the worst person I've ever met. Will NEVER come back again.
It was a hassle free and pleasurable experience buying my Honda Accord EX 2016 from AutoNation. I did lot of research with different auto dealer and AutoNation exceeded the other by far in terms of Service, Pricing, Options and Follow-up. Special mention Mr. Curt Rice who made this process very effective. I was able to drive my car out in a short span of time as they were able to answer all my questions. Also they helped me with the best rate of interest for the Auto Loan from Honda. Once again thanks Mr. Rice for making this an easy pleasant experience!
I will definitely do there for my next purchase and will recommend to my friends as well.
We recently bought the Honda Odyssey. My Family had an awesome experience car buying at AutoNation with the help of sales man Jericho with not so bad credit he help us from the start. He spent a lot of time ensuring we were comfortable. Jericho was so pleasant to work with, his friendly approach, knowledge, and desire to help his customers get the best deal. I never felt pressure. You will have this comfortable feeling while talking to him as well as his manager. I would highly recommend him to all my friends. AutoNation is a great place to buy car!
Great service! - I called in the day I had a flat tire to inquire about purchasing a replacement and was given an appointment for the next afternoon. I purchased a new tire, had it intsalled, the old tire was disposed of, the spare tire, jack, and lug wrench were relocated in the trunk, air checked in all four tires and even got a complimentary car wash and was on my way within an hour. The consultant was very friendly and took the time to explain what maintenance would next be needed when my mileage hit the next ten thousand mile mark. O'Hare Honda has a comfortable waiting area, so I never mind waiting there while my car is being serviced.
EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! Very friendly salesman and willing to help you. I bought a second car from them. They are very quick and responsive! I will definitely come back again. I would highly recommended to family and friends.
Mechanic was good, fast oil change. I feel they need more customer service staff, took a while to make an appointment. When I came back for my appointment, on time, same thing. Waited and waited before anyone acknowledged me. Once I got checked in, oil change was quick!!! I just wish someone would at least greet customers. Maybe give out numbers so we know who is next. There was no line or anything. Just folks standing around.
Going to a service department for a problem with your vehicle is sometimes a drag but when I went to the service department at O'Hare Honda, I was greeted with caring attention by Brandon who not only listened to my question about my tire but actually found the screw in the tire AFTER the techs checked it and didn't find any problems. The tire was plugged and Brandon made sure I was satisfied as I paid my bill. He stayed with me as if I was a member of the O'Hare Honda family and I got into my vehicle and drove away. If going to a service department means being treated with respect and care, then I will always be happy to bring my car in for service. O'Hare Honda has a great reputation for caring about their customers like family and their service department reflects that on a consistent basis.
We've have been customers of O'Hare Honda now AutoNation Honda O'Hare for many years. For the past 10 years we've dealt with one salesperson, Job Alex. Job doesn't use high-pressure salesmanship. He tells you the facts, lays out your options and quickly cuts to the best price he can offer if you're interested. We've purchased 3 vehicles with him, one just recently, and always come away satisfied with the experience. The dealership provides good service and has been very helpful in resolving any problems. And so we remain loyal Honda customers.
