Recently came in to this location to test drive a new Santa Fe. All staff were helpful but my firsthand interaction with Sam Rosario was one-of-a-kind. He was courteous and not pushy at all. Made my overall experience a good one and will recommend anyone buying a vehicle to see Sam.

Recently my Hyundai Santa Fe was showing check engine light and had starting problems. Took the car in to Patrick Hyundai for evaluation of both problems. Gus the service manager gave me an estimate of over $2000.00 with all sorts of maintenance issues but never advised me as to why the car would not start from time to time. I declined the repair offer and paid the charges of over $140.00 for check engine light diagnosis. Then I took it to a repair shop down the street to diagnose the starting problems. They looked into it and right away they knew what the problem was. He asked me if I had recently replaced the battery which I had. Apparently the folks who replaced the battery had done a faulty job with the battery cable clamps one of which was cracked and not making contact with the battery terminals and hence not starting. He replaced the clamps for free and since the past two weeks or so I have not had any starting problems. BTW I was just in the market for a new car and was looking at the Hyundai Hybrid but based on my service experience decided to go with a Toyota Rav4.

Highly professional, exceptional customer service, very kind to women. Nadar and his team took the time to review options/educate me when my transmission went out on me with my SUV pre-holiday. This is the second time in the past 3 months I have been in the dealership and experienced 5 star treatment from the Service team - through to the cashiers. As a customer, if you take the time to be considerate of others, you will receive it back tenfold. I purchased this Hyundai SUV 8 years ago from this dealership and it was the best purchase in my life (thanks to my mechanic at Patrick Collision). First major repair ever with this purchase. Keep up the great work!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had the best experience buying a car with Manny the salesman. He was so nice to me & helpful answering my questions about buying a car. I definitely would send other potential buyers to him cus he made me as a customer feel important!!! He listened to what I had to say and that is number ONE!!!

What a great dealership to buy a car! Very organized, and they help you narrow down what you’re looking for until you have the car you want. We discussed some financing options with the manager, Tony, and he was so helpful. He made sure we left happy and that’s exactly what we did. 5 stars for sure!

I had the greatest customer service when buying my first car ever. Everyone I talked to was increadible knowledgeable and very honest and sincere. They really want to offer you the best that is within your price. Very happy staff :). Really want to thank everyone one for making the buying car experience so easy and pleasant. I've had a great experience buying my first car at Patrick Hyundai. Manny is the BEST and he truly takes care of his customers! He was very helpful in working with me to buy a new Sonata, and when I took it in for the first oil change not only did he set me up with a loaner for the afternoon, he stayed until I could return the car (after 9pm) AND gave me my Sonata back with a full tank of gas. He's a true class act. I would definitely recommend Patrick Hyundai! Make sure you see Manny!!

$600.00 for a set of pads, and to turn the rotors on a 2014 Sonata with 50k miles.
My friend brought her car in and was told this had to be done for safety. It may/or may not have needed this, she was pitched a ton of other items, but told this was the minimum amount to make the car "safe" When I asked GUS why the price was so high, he stated call BMW if you do not like it, see what they charge. I stated, this is not a BMW, to which his reply was "I sell what I am told to sell" If you are not knowledgeable about vehicle service, and parts, I would avoid this place. They will defiantly take advantage. Waiting on a call from the Service Manager Randy. We will see if he is any better. Called four other local dealers, all quoted between $225.00 and $464.00 being the highest for the exact same service..response / report this review -

I was pleasantly surprised at the great experience I had purchasing a car from them. I dealt with Mazen and Anthony. Both were great. Very helpful and patient as I kept changing my mind! Would definitely recommend this place.

I bought a 2014 certified used Sonata. My Sales Rep was Randy who was extremely helpful and caring. Randy went above and beyond to make sure the car that I wanted was available. The entire staff was pretty helpful and willing to accommodate me as well. The one issue I have with my Sonata is that it was listed as a non-smoking vehicle lies! After the scent bomb cleared, the stench of smoke was prevalent.

I cant speak for every representative here, although they all seemed friendly, but Dave Polcik is the salesman who ultimately got me into my Tucson. If you come here i wholeheartedly recommend him. He's polite, very knowledgeable, and really does get you the best deal you can find. Couldn't be happier with what we left with.

After a week or so of going back and forth to MANY Hyundai dealerships my family and I finally returned to Patrick Hyundai for the best deal on a brand new 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe! However, the MAIN reason we returned is because of Manny Diaz. From the very beginning Manny was completely honest and up front about everything. No BS, no lies, this guy is and was the REAL deal. Manny tells it how it is and that's something you don't get very often at dealerships now-a-days. I 100% recommend going to Patrick Hyundai because of this man. Seriously the best!

Manny is the best! Professional, kind and will get you the best deal with no messing around. After looking for weeks and many a bad experience we found his approach refreshing. He took down what we were looking for and brought us in when he had just the right car. Even the rest of the process and staff were wonderful.
