Couldn't figure out how to give zero stars. Booked a car, it was sent on the wrong day. Then this company stranded my family of 4 at midway, after they said another car was coming in 20 minutes. Got a call telling me the manager decided not to send a car and no car was coming. I received this call while my wife and 2 small children were standing on the side of the road wondering how to get home. To say this is a terrible company, would be giving terrible companies a bad name.

Former employee waiting for my last check being held for 30 days via a contract I don't have. The contract I signed for a payment arraignment that they didn't honor. Now I should trust the owners to pay me, while inquiring the owners treating me like I'm bothering them for asking about my paycheck.

Terrible service! Worst taxi ride ever! The guy was 30 minutes late when I preordered the taxi the day before. I had a 30 pound bag and he doesn't even get out of the car to help me with the bag! Last time I ever use this service

I was a driver for this horrid company , if you get picked up at the airport , they charge the customer a 4$ surcharge , but yet all drivers had to pay that 40$ out of our pocket( tax stamp booklet 4$ a stamp 10 a booklet). The company just pockets the money til the drivers go too broke because they don't send you rides. Then they hire new drivers.

Driver was 40 minutes late. I had to give him directions to my address and give him my correct address. A standard sized Lincoln town car showed up thought we hired a limousine.
