Nastiest food I ever tasted. We didn't even eat. Complained and they got rude.

The owner was very rude I
was on lunch break and went online to order food. She was very rude when I called up there to ask questions about different mixtures of food that I wanted. She didn’t want to answer questions so she told me to come in and order. So I went in to order and to have most of my lunch break taken for them fixing an $11 dollar plate that should have been a five or six dollar plate. The rice or whatever they call that mess was real dry looking. Then she had the nerve to get MAD cause I told her I wanted my money back cause I would not have time to eat the food due to I had to get back to work and clock in. . IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD GIVE HER A NEGATIVE 20 STARSresponse / report this review -

Should be NO STARS. The nastiest Asian food I have EVER tasted in my life. Horrible! I threw it all away. Went on my lunch break worse mistake ever. Ended up buying something else to eat. DO NOT EAT HERE! The fried rice was old, the Wontons probably were fried 3 times before they gave them to me and my shrimp was slimy. NASTY

Absolutely horrible customer service. Just called to place an order and the lady on the phone was so rude. I was trying to order the “family pack” which is on their online menu and she said that she did not have it. I double checked the menu online again to make sure that I wasn’t going crazy and it was on their online menu and when I told her she told me that I was looking at the wrong menu and that they don’t have that in a very condescending tone. Either update your menu online or have better customer service. Don’t yell at me because you guys have the wrong menu online. Will not be ordering from this place ever again.

I enjoy King Wok's General Tso's Chicken and fried rice. Their Wonton soup is also good. The inside of the restaurant is not the fanciest and could stand to be cleaned up a little but I usually order take-out or delivery anyway. The last time I ordered a meal my food was delivered within 20 minutes of placing my order and was exactly right! Food was hot and fresh and good enough for my husband and I. Staff has always been pleasant.

Ive ordered delivery online with them many times, i've never had an issue and once they even threw in some wontons and cheese cake because of the size of our order, cant get mad at free cheesecake!!!!!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. My first and only time ordering here was a delivery order and they completely screwed up my order. When I called to get things straightened out, they argued with me over the phone and blamed me for the mishap. They were unprofessional and I will never spend another penny in there so-called restaurant.

Fast delivery, great food, plenty of food for left overs.. The only thing negative I would say is they don't give plenty of soy sauce or hot sauce, so make sure you acknowledge to them you want extra soy sauce, other than that it's awesome

Just horrible! I ordered chow mein and got noodle chips instead and when i called to let them know, they were very rude on the phone and hung up on me while i was explaining to her what chow mein was. Will never go there again after this experience.

chicken on a stick, BBQ ribs, rice noodles with chicken or beef are all off the chain. luv this place. if you want dumplings that are noodle based they have them. I prefer the dough based dumplings which is why I give 4 stars.
