I use Kincheloe Motors to service my truck and I have been 100% satisfied every time. I have called to have my oil changed - and a few other things - and they have always been able to get me in either the same or very next day. Their staff is very friendly and their prices are fair. I would recommend them without reservation.

They have given us the best car buying/repair experiences I have ever had! My wife and I were looking for a used 2010 Honda Odyssey and they had one that we were interested in. Unfortunately, while we were thinking it over, it sold. The owner, Jane, let us know and actually apologized for selling it! She then went out and purchased 5 vans for us to look at after my wife told her what we wanted. She sent my wife many emails with descriptions and updates and was VERY honest about everything. We ended up buying one of those vans and it has been wonderful. Two days ago, the molding on the passenger side fell off (someone had used double sided tape to put it back on, and we are sure it was before it was sent to auction) and my wife texted the owner after hours on Sunday to let her know we were bringing it in to be repaired. She took it to the dealership and they fixed it free of charge even though they didn't know that someone had done that (trust me, whoever did that did a wonderful job of hiding it)! They also fixed the front fender where some of the clips came undone free of charge and even spent 45 minutes washing the car for us! They didn't charge us anything! They just told my wife to have a great rest of her day and a very safe trip back to Ohio! We live in Westerville OH. which is right outside of Columbus and I think it is definitely worth the almost 4 1/2 hour round trip drive to give them our business. They have made lifelong customers out of us! I urge anyone looking for any used car to go to Kincheloe. When you are looking for a car, they are not in your face at all, and Buck Johnson, the salesman we dealt with, wasn't even bothered when we told him we wanted a few days to think it over. I've never seen that from a car salesman. They are the best that we have ever dealt with!

I have always had wonderful service from the repair folks at Kincheloe's. They have been honest and easy to talk to anytime I need a repair and more than helpful fitting the repair into a busy schedule! I highly recommend them to anyone!
