Do not go here if you want fair pricing. We brought in market pricing of vehicles exactly the same as the one we were looking for and they refused to budge on their pricing. We walked away and they lost a sale. Go elsewhere.

Ian Bodenhoff did an amazing job getting me the best deal not only for my trade in but also for the car that l bought. His service was fast and he knew just about every question l had asked (which was probably one too many). He was patient when I took an hour to decide between the two cars l loved and encouraged me to sit back in them multiple times. McClinton was a great dealership, the entire staff was prepared to sell me what l wanted and worked out multiple prices. l love my Chevy Car, I‎t does great on the multiple long road trips l take and I‎t is perfect on gas. Thank you to everyone who pitched in and sold me exactly what l needed.

A great car dealer located here in Parkersburg for over 100 years. They have a great selection of vehicles and their staff is very friendly. My family has purchased several cars here over the years.

Great Service, Brad Anderson and Scott Morehead were two of the people that we dealt with but everyone in the office was extremely nice and helped us find exactly what we stated we wanted when we went in.

After the first initial experience went a bad. The sales team as a whole was very nice and went over the top on seeing how they could improve and make my experience better. It meant a lot that they actually care about the consumer. Overall I would recommend them to anyone. Don't be discourage they will try everything in there power to make you feel comfortable and happy there

Pat the title clerk is on vacation for two weeks!!!!! SO when she is out of the office, they can’t do any title work. If that’s the true story, that’s very poor management strategy. Only reason I’m stating this, is the credit union needs the title for my 2017 car, it’s been over 25 days at this point. Still no title to the bank, what a JOKE………My wife took the car in the first every oil change and tire rotation. Wife said the clowns at the service desk didn’t even bother talking to her. Service guys at C&C Toyota, always makes her feel welcomed and treat her like a valued customer. Plus Pioneer doesn’t do the free car wash and cleaning like C&C Toyota does. We purchased a new 2015 Rav, C&C goes the extra mile to take care of the customer, with little things like that. With that being said, the sales person Dave B was a standup guy. I would buy from Dave again, but skip the subpar service at Pioneer. Going to McClinton’s for all future work. I wouldn’t recommend Pioneer to anyone for service or title work.

This experience was top rate. Go see Ben Huff if your looking for a vehicle, he is an excellent guy who makes the process a breeze. We will never buy with anyone else in the future. Way to go mcClintons you got yourself an excellent employee with this fine gentleman. Also the guy financing Scott Moorhead was a real joy to work with he is a stand up guy who we really enjoyed talking with. We would rate them both at a 10. They both went the extra mile for us, it doesn't get any better than those two.

High price vehicles and a service manager that tries to rip you off!. Mother in law traded in a ford focus. Called the day after to purchase it. They done nothing and I mean nothing to the vehicle and wanted to charge me $2500.00 a one day turn around wow!..I agreed and went to pick up the car and the car smelled like pute urine!I completely refusedBuyer beware.SCAMMERSBEYOND! RUN FAST!

Many vehicles have been purchased from McClinton by my family. Probably one of the most professional and friendly lots I've dealt with. If you're looking a new vehicles, I cannot recommend Sondra enough, and Jeremy in the used department was excellent to deal with as well.
Also, the few times I've had to work with the service department, I've been impressed. They do not try to cheat you in any way, and seem more likely to take a loss on their end than lose a customer.response / report this review
