This Place is Awesome,Kyle was excellent and knowledgeable. Called for price on Rancher. He called back in 5 minutes. Picked it up that afternoon. Serviceand parts are great. The whole Staff was great. They do Honda Proud.

Parts people are not knowledgeable or friendly and are irritable!!! Parts are overpriced, they don't call to let you know when parts are in, act like they are being put out when tough questions are asked or when you ask them to research something, and get angry when you show prices to them from online that are half what they are asking. Service is overpriced but at least knowledgeable and friendly and Sales is usually knowledgeable and friendly. I drive many miles to another dealer in order to avoid their parts dept when I have the time. The 1 star is for parts. 3 stars for Service because of their high prices, and 4 to 5 stars for Sales.

Salesmen are very helpful and honest. They try to give you the best deal they can. They show a lot of interest in your needs. Other staff including the parts and service department are very helpful and always get you the parts and information needed. Merchandise is somewhat expensive, but no more than any other motosports shop in the surrounding areas.

Friendly staff. All are knowledgeable in their position or they will go miles for the right answer.. ppl $hit on em sometimes for uncalled for reasons.your 1960 Honda whatever is missing a chrome piece..it's awesome it still runs But they can't get you that missing chrome piece. It ain't their fault yano..haha be reasonable.they are, that's why I go to emthey have def. gone the distance to make things right for me to deserve a five star rating. I appreciate your great standards of business. Thank you Hometown Honda!!!!!

Very knowledgeable staff. I went in to buy a skid plate for a KTM exc350f, and was about to get the plate they had in stock until the guy at the parts counter helped me out. They ordered me a new plate, and I picked it up a few days later.

I bought my bike from there, and they've always been helpful.
