I had looked at cars at over ten different dealerships and wasn’t able to get approved for anything until I came to family ford in marietta. They really fought hard to get me into the car I wanted and were always super friendly and helpful. This place really stands apart from other dealerships and they are just really honest genuine people. Doug was the sales person I worked with, and we will definitely be buying our next vehicles for many years to come from him!

My mother in law bought a brand nee fusion from them and only had them servicing it and in less then a yr the filter and oil pan plug was left loose and all the oil drained out she had to take to a ford in ky cause she was traveling for the first time then to sloan ford in tennessee for the second time im an ase certified tech and when oil psi hits 0 there is damage so the informed family they want a replacement vehicle they offered to but the car for 10000 there is 16000 left owed i wouldnt let their techs change the oil in my gokart and sure as hell wouldnt spend a penny with this dealershit

I was in a bind here in Marietta and the service department really came through for me! Nick and Josh took my car in without an appointment and although they couldn't fix it completely, they made my car safe again for the long trip back to South Carolina. I greatly appreciate the quick, professional and polite service I received here. Thanks again nick and Josh!

This dealership lies to its customers. They do not put a price on their vehicle like every dealership should, instead they hide it on their window sticker. I know a guy who used to work there and he said that you take the first and last number of the weird numbers and letters on their sticker, combine them together and that is their sticker price. However, after looking at the vehicle and noticing that it was $18,980, the salesman told me that it was $21,980. There are a million dealerships in this area, don't go to Family Ford or Pioneer Chevrolet.

Go ANY PLACE ELSE!!!
I received an email quote from the sales staff. Showed up to purchase the truck and the sales manager raised the price $3k.
I went to another dealer and purchased a Platinum for less.

I purchased a 2015 Ford Fiesta ST from this dealership and they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I have visited several local dealership service departments and Family Ford has by far the best in the area.
