Purchased cooper tires at this facility warranted for 80000 miles have less than 30000 and they are worn out. Was told to come to the facility in November and they would replace them. Showed up this morning and was told they were not worn enough. The salesman said , "I am sure they will hydroplane." "It isn't right, but I cannot get my money back until they are worn more." "It is because I live in Elizabeth and drive on roads with turns that cause them to wear out so soon." Very disappointed with my conversation with them today. I will not purchase their products or have them do service on my vehicles again. Can't trust that they will stand by their product, therefore can't trust them to do service on my vehicle.. Do NOT do business here.

Very nice to deal with and the prices were reasonable. I have been to other places, but Glotfelty is by far the best as far as customer service and professionalism. Only place I will trust to touch my tires from now on.

I had a vehicle taken into Walmart to see if it could be repaired. Answer was no we'll sell you a new one. I did not like the attitude so decided that if I needed a new tire I would get it at Glotfelty. I asked them to replace the tire. After about ten minutes a staff member called me up and said that they didn't think I needed a new one. The tire was fixed for less than 20 dollars which was a good bit away from a new one over $200. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

When I walked in to get tires put on my car, I was greeted with a smile from an employeeit was great they had a place to sit and wait. After they were done, they parked my car in front of the doors. I was told what they did and how much it was. Glotfelty tire center has very nice people working there.

My fiance took our vehicle to this facility because they had sent out an ad and we had a coupon for an oil change. She had called in and asked about setting up an appointment and she was told it was fine to come in the following morning and they would take care of her without an appointment. The following morning she went in to have an oil change and she waited 2 hours for them to fit her in. After leaving the facility, they failed to put the oil cap back on and ended up causing a mess under the hood of the vehicle. They seemed more than willing to fix this, and she had to go back in and have the oil cap replaced. They stated they will give us a free oil change the next time we need one. A couple of days after having this done, we noticed an oil leak under our vehicle. We had this checked and the oil pan was actually rusted and had a hole in it. Nobody mentioned this when they performed an oil change on the vehicle. We had spoken with a couple employees via facebook who invited us to come back in and said they'd be happy to fix this for us free of charge. My fiance went back in and was told that she would have to pay $180 to have this fixed, and did nothing to repair this just sent her on her way. I understand we may have not been "priority" customers due to using a coupon on our initial visit - but are those not to create new business? I plan on following-up with this facility one more time and giving them an opportunity create a satisfying experience for us, but at this point -- I don't recommend anyone going to this garage.

Horrible personal experiences and would not recommend to anyone. Staff was friendly but had no knowledge or simply didn't care to do their job correctly. First time I went in for new tires and was told they weren't needed, two weeks later I had a flat tire. Went back in and requested new tires (again) pointing out the dry-rotting on them. They put the new tires on but failed to reset the sensor. Went back in a third time for them to fix the sensor. While they finally fixed the issue, they neglected to clean off the rust/apply lubricant before putting the new tires on - causing complications with tire removal in the future.
