I love this place!! The inside is so cool Every time I go I have an awesome waiter/waitress.. Even one time when it wasn't that busy me and my friend were able to get tour.

My favorite is the stuffed feta burger with coleslaw and the fried pickles. And my #1 drink is the "Grateful Dead" yummy!! I love how they have all types of various food items to order from. It's also a good place to dine with friends or alone Either way Kickbacks is the place to be!!

Just experienced Kickbacks for the first time tonight. It was incredible. The aesthetics and layout are cool. It wasn't that crowded--the service was excellent. And, they had the most comprehensive beer selection I'd ever seen! Walking through the beer catacombs was almost a religious event. A beer lover's paradise. Highly recommend!

The food is great, the service - not so much. We waited ten minutes for our drink orders to be taken, and even longer the last two times that we came. It took me 20 minutes to get a Sprite tonight. There seems to be a struggle with organization. The staff doesn't seem to know which table food goes to at times, so they wander aimlessly asking what food goes where. Last time we came, my dining partner received his food and was able to ear it before I'd even gotten mine. Tonight my order was wrong, but I'm kind of flattered because in the wrongness they made me something that wasn't even an option on the menu. If service isn't really a big deal and if you don't mind confusion and a long wait, live your dreams, or whatever.

My partner and I stopped here and were hoping to have lunch and a beer or two together. When we approached the host stand, host told us we didn't want to sit and eat right now because it was shift change and no one would probably serve us. Ok. I can't be upset with his honesty. We figured we would at least get a drink at the bar. The atmosphere of the place is funky and eclectic. The tap selection at the bar was overwhelming in a good way. Bartender asked my partner what he wanted to drink, he ordered, and then bartender walked away without asking me what I would like. When he came back, I ordered, but it seemed weird he wouldn't take both our orders at the time. Overall, we had a poor experience. It looks like a fun place and the food and beer menu is crazy extensive.

Honestly, this place is all about atmosphere, and being seen. Which, is fine. The model appears to be working. But, the menu is just overwhelmingly large. The food is just OK. If the place simplified the menu, offered a smaller selection of entrees and appetizers, and focused on the items they do best, it could be really awesome. Until that happens, it's just OK.

Casual atmosphere, sports bar, bar, or restaurant dining. Pet friendly patio. Depends on where you want to sit. Extensive menu and beer list. Food is on point, and not too expensive, appetizers around 8, entrees 12-25. Servers know thier stuff, and are friendly. Great spot for a date or to hang out with some friends.

Love this place! Between the amazing beer selection and massive food menu, you can have something different every time. I'm not sure what it is about tater tots being shaped like Tetris pieces that make them more delicious, but they are basically my favorite thing ever. I had the southwest wrap and it was the perfection portion, just the right amount of sauce and SO DELICIOUS!

Good food, fabulous service, great atmosphere! Becky was out service and couldn't have done it better.
Shrimp cocktail were tender and sauce was super tasty. Baked brie was warm and creamy. Hot dogs with mac n cheese as good as home made. Hamburger was huge and juicy.
We will definitely be going back, soon!!!!

This is the place you take your visiting friends and family because it's really a one of a kind. Food was good and beer selection was phenomenal and priced right. They actually cellar some of your beers and you have to ask for the bottle list. The list you get with the menu is the 240 or so beers they have ON TAP! Amazing selection. I had a beer from my home state and it was delicious and fresh. Will definitely seek this place out when I come back to the area. They charge for groups so watch your tab. Bathrooms were well used and not the best. Lots of fun nooks and crannies to look at the decor or learn about the beer loving establishment from the managers and owners of this place. A very fun evening.

I was delighted about going to Kickbacks, however my experience was not like I thought it would be. After driving from Tallahassee, I was starving and I had heard great thing's about the place and the food. For starter's, we sat for a long time before someone came to take our drink order's, out of the norm for me, then we waited over 30 minute's to receive our food only for it to be cold and not pleasant to the palate. I was hungry, tired, and outdone. We had an amazing server, but the food definitely was a big let-down. I don't know if I'll ever return, too many other places to visit with great service, and great food too!

I usually love this place, would give it a 4 or 5. But not tonight. Sat forever and when someone finally came over he said we don't have a waiter for you we are trying to find one for you. How do you sit a party in a section with no server. We had 4 different people serve us and each time I had to flag someone down. Ridiculous. Don't sit people in a section with no server. Sat here for 2 hours trying to just have a quick dinner.

Best place for beer in Jacksonville. Great service, over 200 beers on tap. You can find anything you are looking for here. Decor and service are great and the menu selections are huge and fun like the beer selection. Absolutely delightful!

The atmosphere is really neat and the walls are covered in pennies. Biggest issues were that it seemed like there wasn't any a/c on and it took a really long time to get our appetizer. Not sure if the place was crowded though because there are different sections so we couldn't see all the tables. Overall, good food and we had great service. Ask for Lindsay if you get a chance!!

Amazing. Spectacular. Superb. We were a group of four we all order something different and shared. You must try the meatloaf if you are into that sort of thing!!!! The variety of craft beers is everything! Seriously this place is amazing! We would make it a regular stop on our travels!
