Mixed impression. Nice salesperson Tanner seemed to understand what I was looking for and helped me find a used vehicle to trade. His night supervisor was creepy with the limp handshake and aggressive, hateful attitude. I also didnt appreciate the finance manager calling me on my job to ask about a loan number when they had my cell phone number. Overall, I am glad I went through with the deal because it was fairly seamless for the most part and not terribly time consuming . Now I just have to find
someone to switch out my plates, seems like the temp plates are bolted on.
Addendum: They still owe me thirty dollars. I guess to them that is nothing. They said they would pay back my bank for the overdraft fee I incurred due to their error and I have attempted 3 times to get it. But no success. You would think they would value their customers more than that.

I went to Coggin Honda to day to get another key made for my civic when I got my car back their was a dent in my front fender near my passenger door they tried to tell me it was already their and didn't want to fix it. Not a very pleasant visit I will not be going back. I did take my car back Chris Roberts is over the service department he made everything right very nice man he went over and above. If you ever need anything go see him stay away from the GM he has a horrible personality and the bedside manner of a dead fish. Ask for Chris Roberts he's the best.

First off, I emailed the Honda dealership looking for information on the new Accord. I also emailed a few others at the same time, Marcus Ratcliff was the first to respond and go above and beyond to earn my business. Not only did he email me back and provide his cell number to me he provided everything I asked for to include a video of the car I was looking for. So to shorten the middle part, Marcus and Bridget worked a great deal for me. After finalizing everything an issue arose and this is where one might get buyers remorse. Not only did Marcus and Bridget go above and beyond to resolve the issue they far exceeded what I thought was even a possibility on getting the problem resolved. My experience at Coggin Honda on Atlantic has been Awesome, true customer service professionals. I would recommend anyone go in talk to Marcus and say hello to Bridget and hopefully you’ll find your new car experience as great as mine. You wouldn’t be disappointed.

Alberto was incredibly helpful and understanding during the process. He wasn't pushy and gave me a great deal on a new car. The wait for the finance department at the end is a little long, but well worth it! He made sure the rest of the team knew my expectations and would work with me as well as he did. I went to many dealerships before Coggin and have to say, the customer service and personality of those working at this Honda far surpassed the rest of my experiences. Highly reccommend Alberto Diaz if you need a car!

I purchased a new Honda Pilot last night and it was such a pleasant experience . Sam was so knowledgeable about all
aspects of the vehicle and took so much time working with us. Alberto kindly showed me how to use the technology and was the reason I went to Coggin with his Internet email. Bridget was patient and gave us a deal that was fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from this team at Coggin Honda!

I bought my very first car from their used car inventory and even though it still is a car dealership so there is some hassle they helped me get out the door with the price I needed. The person who went with me on a test drive was great and took time to tell anecdotes to connect with me and gain my trust. They were great. I didn't spend much time in the actually dealership mostly the separate building they have for used cars.

Great experience ! Tre was my salesman and he was the absolute best. Not pushy like every other dealership I've been too & the manager Kelly was absolutely fantastic. Worked to get me into my car and were really supportive and helpful! Allowed me to make the choices and let me take charge. I would recommend this dealer to any and everyone it was spectacular.

Tyson is the man! Very decent sales man (very rare in car sales). He was diligent, informative and gave us just about the right amount of information when we asked, without pushing us for feedback or decision. My daughter walked into the dealership not knowing which car she wants to lease and, with his help, she quickly narrowed down her choices to Civic Ex. Although we had just started our shopping, and this was the first dealership we visited, she drove away few hours later in her new car. Definitely a pleasant experience. Told a friend, who is a savvy car buyer, and he will contact Tyson to get a quote for a similar car. Coggin Honda definitely earned my business and trust. I have no hesitation referring my friends. Kudos to Tyson and the sales manager on duty at the time of our visit!

Great experience from when I walked in the door until I left. Kevin Lamb was an awesome salesman along with Rodney Hayes. Together they was both able to negotiate the best deal. Also Kelly in finance was great and was able to provide me with a lower APR than my bank for 10 yrs. So if you are in the market, please stop by and see these guys.

Found a car online and requested more information. Kevin Lamb responded promptly with a call and e-mail. When I arrived the car was as nice and clean as the pictures advertised. Kevin was with a customer so Joanna Jackson stepped right in and was very pleasant and patient. I ended up torn between two vehicles and I personally tookforever! Joanna was kind and understanding and eventually an agreeable deal was made after I decided on a car. The store was closing (see me taking forever comment) but no one rushed me, there was no pressure and Kip in the finance area was quick and friendly, as well. Overall, great experience!

Great Experience. Great Sales and Finance team. Cars sell themselves -the dealer makes the experience. My son completed the car research for his first car and found 1 of his top 5 here at Coggin Honda. Turns out, Coggin Honda became and is the number one choice to buy from! Sales: Jimmy and Salah, very knowledgeable and listened to our needs. They allowed us multiple and thorough test drives. (unlike another dealer where we ran the car out of gas) Finance: Rodney, pleasure to work with. We struck the final deal without pressure and Rodney respected our budget. No games. Win-Win, we came in at our planned budget without compromise.

As a first time car buyer, I was nervous about the process and was instant made to feel at ease. Porsche Taylor was attentive and knowledgeable. She met us before we exited our vehicle and respectfully asked us everything she needed in order to find the perfect used car. She made sure that my family was comfortable during the long process of financing and gave us space to make financial decisions. With Porsche help, I left the lot in my new used car. Went to Coggin Honda today to find a SUV, and left with a 2016 Beauty. My salesperson Porsche Taylor, was very helpful and knowledgeable, and helped me find the exact one. Then, the sales Mgr. Rodney Hayes, worked with me to get the price I wanted. I went in looking for a 2014, and left with a 2016! Everyone I dealt with was first class, and I would HIGHLY recommend Coggin Honda on Atlantic. Also, Ashley Valencia in the finance dept. was really helpful, and very nice. Everyone at this dealership made this purchase painless, and even enjoyable.
