I would like to take this time to say thank you so very very much & to my representative who help me to purchase my dream car. My sales person was extremely informative polite, generous, and was able to take my needs and my wants and combine it into the vehicle that purchase. I give my representative and E excellent a 5 star all the way across the board. Because he truly truly deserve it. My husband and I had been car hunting for several weeks. Today, we pulled into Coggin Toyota, Jacksonville Florida. It might have been love at first sight when we saw the 2018 Toyota Camry! We were soon greeted by Emmanuel, who by the way was beyond smart and awesome! He was a walking Toyota manual. He knew all the answers to our questions regarding the XLE model. Emmanuel was a genius and his positive attitude influenced our decision to purchase our first Camry. Thanks Emmanuel and Coggin Toyota.

Emmanuel was very attentive and friendly. We brought our 21 month old daughter with us to shop for a car who had some difficult moments and he was very patient. Emmanuel was never pushy with us the way you imagine your experience may be when purchasing a car. It was truly a pleasant experience to work with him. My husband and I were provided car fax prior to even test driving cars so we wouldn’t waste any time with something we ultimately wouldn’t want. We would highly recommend working with him!

This was the third Toyota dealership that I went to within two weeks. I wish that I had gone here first. Outstanding Salesman (Adrain Berber Macias) My entire experience at Coggin Toyota at the Avenue dealership was awesome. The salesman found me exactly what I wanted, and at reasonable price. He answered all of my questions fully and I was outta there in know time. If I could give them more than five stars, I would. I will definitively recommend them to others looking to purchase a new vehicle. (Happy Highlander owner)

I went in expecting to purchase a used vehicle. I didn't even want to consider a new vehicle thinking it was out of my price range. James and Adrian took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting a brand new car that I LOVE and can afford. He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my phone, etc. I highly recommend James, Adrian and Coggin Toyota.

This was the first dealership I stopped at to find a car - and I walked out with the first one I had my eye on! James Charles spotted me browsing around and invited to help me look for the specific model and price I was looking for. Very helpful and fast! Was willing to go out of his way for me to find the best deal. I recommend this salesman to anyone looking for the truth when it comes to buying cars, as he focused on my needs and satisfaction rather than just trying to make a sale. Absolutely the best car buying experience ever & I am over 50 yrs old! Jim Miller is professional, very knowledgeable, polite, and a very good person! When buying a car, there are 3 primary things I look and hope for.
I want a great car. I’ve always had great cars from Toyota!
I want to get the purchase done promptly without pressure. I was in and out with our new car in just about 2 hours!
I want a knowledgeable salesman who assists, answers questions, knows the product and doesn’t sell us what he wants but helps us buy what we want. Fred Shiroka fits that description perfectly. Even my wife, who really doesn’t like the car buying process, enjoyed our time with Fred. I’m a pastor and I can honestly and completely recommend both Coggin and Fred.

I would absolutely recommend this location. I was immediately greeted as soon as I entered by James Charles. The car I originally went for was sold the night before, but James found me one even better! He was fast and efficient. He was really informative and answered every question asked with ease. Had a great car buying experience at Coggin Toyota. Philip from the Sales Department was so helpful and knowledgeable, made the whole process smooth for me. He's not the stereotypical sleazy car salesman, he knew my price point and showed me options in that range, I knew with him, I wouldn't get swindled. I love my Prius so much!

Philip was a great help in locating my Tacoma. I was able to test drive with him a few different times, which made the experience fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the vehicles Toyota produces and was able to help best fit me into my truck. The dealership was fantastic and clean. Dan the finance manager helped us through the paperwork and we used his reccomendations as well. Between both of these gentleman we will be back at some point and time to buy our next car from Toyota again.

The sales man in Toyota coffins really took great care of me and brother in law when buying new car, they were attentive and catered to our every need. They made sure that I was happy with everything before purchasing the truck and were really great and helpful in choosing a truck that fit our need as well. Thanks for a good well job, I will recommend Philip who is salesman there is the one took care of us and he truly showed the fact that he wanted to get this truck and made sure they did everything in order to do so. He explain every feature and many great thing about a Toyota.

The customer service is outstanding, they treat you friendly not as normal customer. You feel welcome and you negotiate your price for what you want. You pick the car and price and they will work with you to make sure you will get a car according to your needs. I recommend everyone to go there and tell them I send you.
