Everyone is courteous and friendly enough but BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Read everything twice and very carefully. Don't believe anything that isn't presented to you in writing. They're only out to make money which means they are not looking out for your best interest. WATCH OUT! They're NOT going to tell you about the lowest interest rate and they will pad the sales price of the vehicle. And above all DO NOT work with Chris for your finance. That guy's a snake, won't explain things clearly and will straight out lie to you. You're better off taking your business elsewhere if Chris is assigned to work with you. Just get up and walk out. There are plenty of other dealerships in town.

Their service department is top notch! From the valet service to the check out, everything and everyone was pleasant, helpful, informative, and friendly. Their waiting room has these amazing massage chairs!!! There's even a cafe if you want a light snack while you wait. Sean was extremely helpful while explaining the different services my car needed, but there was no pressure from him to get me to do it all. He was patient as I made up my mind with what to do and that made it very peaceful. I will certainly be returning back to Ernie Palmer Toyota for all of my car servicing needs.

Unparalleled customer service. Best Toyota dealership in Jacksonville. I've tried some of the other Toyota dealerships but this one by far had the friendliest staff, especially in the service dept. Dealership was incredibly clean and had the most amenities for waiting. If you're looking for a dealership that not only provides good service but is incredibly customer oriented, look no further!! I've tried the rest, Ernie Palmer is the best!

So, here is my take on Toyota Service, I have been taking my Tacoma to them for 5 years. The service is always reasonable. My car is about 12 years old so now it needs major work. In my mind I always thought that Toyota charged me more compared to other service shops, but now that I need major work I am finding out that it is not necessarily true. My car needs a new transmission, and I thought well I really I should find out if I can get the transmission rebuilt. Well I did find a couple shops that would rebuild it but the price difference was only 400 less than if I were to replace it new at Toyota..One other shop would replace the transmission it was refurbished with 100 miles or 3 year warranty but the cost was 4200 out the door which is 500 more than Toyota. I am waiting on a quote from another shop, but I think it is going to be no different from what Toyota Ernie Palmer is offering, and if so my decision will be based on the following two reasons: its comparable to other shops price wise and sometimes less, and the mechanics maintain Toyota vehicles all day long. hope this was help full

I had a great experience with Ernie Palmer Toyota and their salesperson Marvin Parker. Very informative and respectful. Mr. Parker took the time in the hot sun to carefully explain our options for each vehicle we had questions about. He even offered us a cold beverage. You don't find that kind of help these days, if was a pressure free environment, and it was very refreshing! We will tell everyone we know about our positive experience with Mr. Parker who works at Ernie Palmer Toyota.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience buying our 2017 4Runner at Ernie Palmer! The staff is extremely friendly and truly puts the customer first. Bought new Highlander with among other features had power seats
But Toyota stripped the memory feature from these seats. My bad.

When I asked, after 23 miles, to upgrade to the next model which included seat memory they wanted $5,000 more for vehicles with a sticker difference of $1900.

Super friendly staff, service was prompt, and thorough.(As far as the service department goes) They have massage chairs, and a cafe! I also purchased my car from here, and they were honest and listened. Got a fair price!
