I gave 1 star because I cannot give 0 stars. I wish I had read the reviews of this dealership before going. I am a heavy equipment dealership service manager, I have never been treated with such a lack of respect and professionalism as I was treated by this dealer. I believe in the dealership experience and in my life I have dealt with many dealers but this by far is the worst. I had a new heater core and evaporator installed in my climate control on my 09 Wrangler, its a job I could have done myself but it was a very time consuming repair so I figured hey I will get the dealership to do it during the week while I'm at work. I was told in the beginning it would be all of one day to do the repair which I thought was a little odd considering I was quoted 13 hours but thought maybe they put 2 guys on it. Well 3 days later I sent my wife to pick up my jeep and right away there were problems. They had broken the climate control box and told me it was that way when I brought it in. That was a bald faced lie. Than they humiliated my wife in a room with 4 people in it. They lost my business at that point. 2 weeks after the repair the heater core started leaking. I was supposed to be leaving for my vacation, which was also Christmas the next day. I spoke with the service manager, Johnny Maguire, the only thing he could say was " that's not very professional" although I used no curse words or bad language. I believe that's his go to line when he's frustrated. He also told me that the evaporator would be covered under warranty of it was broken. Goes to show 2 things: he has no idea about how to repair a vehicle, because the evaporator does not have engine coolant running through it, and he understands nothing of customer service, considering the fact he hung up on me. For shame Jacksonville Chrysler Jeep Dodge for shame. Not only will I never purchase a vehicle from this dealer I don't think I will purchase another chrysler product ever again not if that's what's being taught as customer service by Chrysler.

Nobody knows what there doing, nobody communicates, Jeep won’t warranty products. I’ve owned a Jeep for 6 months and had rust and manufacturer defects (like bubbles in the soft top windows) that are not covered under warranty. Why? They didn’t have an answer. Call, you won’t get called back. They already got your money! A disgraceful organization full of swindlers and thieves! DO NOT SHOP HERE! AND DO NOT BUY A JEEP! They claim to be all terrain vehicles heat mine has never left the pavement, is hand washed, and is garage kept. And is literally rusting from the inside out after less than 6 months of ownership. Total BS failed company. If I could give a zero I would.

If I could give zero stars I would, but I had to at least give one. My husband spoke to Burt the sales manager a few days ago about what we were looking to purchase and what our situation was. So we decide to give it a shot and go in. We were handed off to a girl who took us out to look at vans. We test drove one of them and then she wanted us to sit down and talk about finances. We insisted that we wanted to look at a few others before sitting down. After looking at others she tells us she will be back. She leaves and comes back with a low ball offer for our trade in and a ridiculous monthly payment. We let them know that was not going to work and where we were hoping to be at (which had already been communicated to the sales manager by my husband). She comes back with a man and after some back and forth he told us there was no way that they were going to finance and get what we wanted, but we could look at a Dodge Journey instead. We went in for a van and a Dodge Journey is smaller than what we were trying to trade in. We sat for at least 30 minutes going back and forth with him asking us over and over if we could pay $150 MORE a month than what we told them we were comfortable paying. He told me that $100-$150 extra a month wasn’t really that much. He then rudely asked where we were going to go and get the kind of deal we were looking for. Well sir, I’ll tell you where we went.down the road to Tom Bush where we have purchased every car we have owned and where we should have just gone from the startand guess what sir?!? We walked out in a van that has a lot more options then the van you tried selling us and we are paying what we said we wanted to pay. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone and I will make sure they know how pushy, and rude their employees were. We were made to feel we had no other options and belittled. Everyone should go down to Tom Bush, ask for LT and check out their new and used cars if you are interested in a good deal!

My car was hit while I was parked and I chose to have it repaired it the dodge dealership. They had my car for almost 2 months to fix $1700 worth of damage. I called and emailed every week and not once did I get a response. After the insurance company called me to inform me they had to close out my claim and were going to charge me for a month and a half for the rental I went to the shop. They played dumb and I got them to call the insurance company to get it straightened out. A week later I’m back in the same situation with me not being able to get a response. The insurance company called to take the same action because the dealership said my car was done. I went back to the dealership when they told me to come pick the car up and got about 3 miles away and realized I’m having to hold my steering wheel sideways to keep the car straight. I took it back to the dealership and had them call the insurance company to get me back in a rental. I was told it was my alignment that was off and it would be done in a couple hours. 4 days later I still have no car. I went back and had them call the tire shop on speaker phone and was informed the car was done 3 days ago. Now I’m sitting at the shop waiting again for my car. Finally I got it back and now the reverse camera isn’t working. These people are scam artist. They do not communicate at all. Terrible place. I have had to miss Work on several occasions to get them to do there job. Michael Worth in the service department is absolutely terrible. He refuses to do his job unless you physically come to the dealership. He will not return calls or emails to me or the insurance company.

DO NOT!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE A JEEP CHEROKEE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I purchased a brand new 2017 Jeep Cherokee limited on 8/27/17. From day one of having this car, I noticed the temperature gauge would always fluctuate, the hood would be really hot and I can smell a burning anti freeze smell. After awhile, the temperature gauge finally went over the middle and I was able to get a picture of it to show the dealership so they couldn’t tell me they couldn’t replicate the problem (thank god for these phones). On 10/10/17 I took my car to the dealership for repairs. Of course it took them 7 days to try and fix it. I was told my car wasn’t wired correctly from the factory and it had a bad sensor. Picked up my car late night on 10/18/17 everything seemed fine. 10/21/17 went back to the dealership because it was running hot again and even worse than before they tried to fix it. Found out that the technician that was working on my car left the cap unscrewed that goes to the antifreeze. So I could of had a blown engine!!!! They refilled the anti freeze, screwed the top on correctly and sent me home saying that should fix the problem. Well it’s 10/24/17 and I’m back at the dealership again. The car is still running hot! This is my 3rd and final attempt with this car and I will be reporting it as a lemon. Corporate is a joke and the dealership just pass you around from person to person. Think twice before getting these regular Jeep Cherokees. I wish I did my research they are on the top list for complaints and high rates of reported lemons.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, DISHONEST, AND THIEVES!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! Probably one of the worst I've been to. I am very patient and understanding, but boy does this place test you. First off, I came into the service department to figure out why my car cigar lighter socket wasn't working (thinking it was a burned out fuse), but because we were not in the area evacuating from hurricane IRMA we thought it best to go to a jeep dealership. They invited me in and sat me down in the waiting area. Sitting there for 30 minutes without attention. Afterwards they told me it would take an hour to review the issue. I was fine with waiting. The wait ended up being 4 hours long without progress. Finally they get the car in having me wait another hour before completing the work. I had to remind them several times to follow up on the work. NO ONE knew what was going on or how long it would take! Their customer service is horrible.

After getting home I realize that I was missing my $150 sun glasses that I left under the front seat. Eventually I found the case in the trunk shoved between the cracks with no sun glasses. I called the service manager for multiple times in 3 days without a return call. We finally left a message with the director which got the manager named CHRISTY's attention. She sounded annoyed, dismissive, and tried to deflect the blame back to us. She offered us a $50 credit for their dealership, which we refused to accept because of the lack of courtesy and trust. We would never go back here either way.

Please save your money and go somewhere else.

I love these guys and gals!! Just bought my first Jeep from here and all I have to say is Travis our salesman and Troy our finance guy have been absolutely amazing. They seriously treated us like family and made our buying experience fun and comfortable. I can't really rate the service department since I haven't used it yet, but the car was clean when they handed the keys over to us and I have been having way too much fun driving it. Thank you for everything!!

Excellent help. Any female, car shopping alone, should see Darius. Buying my jeep was completely free of gender bias. Not at any time was I treated "as less than" simply because I was a woman shopping alone. This was my 5th, and last, dealership that I visited while choosing my next vehicle. There was not a hint of the usual sexism. It was almost refreshing; my previous new vehicle purchase involved 12 dealerships and many miles. Hard to find even today, but there are dealerships that recognize a woman is capable of making a major purchase, on her own.

The service rep I dealt with and the cashier where fine, however it is the little things that make a big difference. The issue I have is more of a dealership policy I would assume. I spent $1600 to get my car repaired for a part that even the rep said should have last another couple years. When I paid for it the cashier said that I would have to go get my own vehicle out of the holding lot. Really?I asked how much I needed to spend to get someone to bring it up to the service drive, not that this should have really mattered. The comment I received was they couldn't fit everyone's car up their waiting to be picked up. Again, really? All other dealers actually have someone to go get the car, bring to the service drive and clean out the paper and plastic they had placed in the vehicle, might have taken a full 2 minutes. Makes a customer feel they appreciate my business. Sad to say but this little lack of customer service is enough to make me take my business elsewhere. Hopefully they learn something from this.

These guys really know how to make a vehicle buying experience easy and fun. Dave Coleman and Dave Gilberto were my All Star Sales Reps and you could tell they genuinely wanted to help you get in what you wanted. By the end of it all we were all smiling ear to ear! If you're looking for a place to buy a vehicle and feel comfortable and heard while you do it, check out this location and ask for Dave!

James Johnson is a service advisor at Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Jacksonville Nursery fields location. I cannot attest to any other service advisor at this location. I will say however James is a dedicated member of this team. My car was in the shop in November for several issues and to that, all were fixed. It is now back in the shop being prepped for repair. I have had assistance of this team member 2 times now and each time felt secure that my vehicle was in good hands with both him and the mechanic completing the job. The location is nice because there is a enterprise service on site, I wasn't waiting long and I was put into a vehicle promptly. I was called several times by him to keep me up to date and my quote was emailed to me immediately. Just like every other dealership you will have bad eggs but if you go here in the future talk to James he will take care of your vehicle. FYI there buying experience is a little pushybut there checkout counter has wonderful people there willing to assist you promptly at checkout. In my experience they do not steal your keys, they must have had to ensure it was the owner of the vehicle and that they didn't give your keys away to just anyone. A precaution that I would value if someone did to me and understand why it was done. Also a heads up you don't have to sit and wait, there is a service that can shuttle you home and pick you up when your car is ready. Thank you reading and have a wonderful day.

I returned to this dealership to trade my SUV I bought from them a little over a year ago (only because my family is growing and needed more room) I had such a wonderful experience, again. After expressing my needs it only took me a matter of a few minutes for Jay to lead me to exactly what I wanted. I was able to get a great deal on my trade in and great incentives for my new purchase. I even enjoyed a delicious sandwich from the cafe. This is our family dealership, my husband and I have purchased 3 vehicles from here and my sister has also purchased 1 with a wonderful experience. I have also sent several friends and co-workers and none of us have a single negative thing to say. We feel we got the very best deal, interest rate and treatment through and through. I can only say positive things for all of our experiences and we are thankful to have found a place we feel Provides a win-win outcome for all parties involved.
