The staff was all really nice and the valet attendant let us park right in front, but the heating in the room was ancient and didn’t work and there wasn’t sufficient blankets. The blankets in the room felt more like sheets. We’ve always came here in the past, but this time wasn’t as good.

One of the best hospitality experiences I've ever had, Jennifer at the front desk was super accommodating and helped me out getting the right room. I'll probably always stay here when in town, worth the premium for top notch location, spa, and staff!

Great place with a lot of amenities. Comfy beds and great staff. Only downside is no microwave or mini fridge. I have special needs for eating so I have to get everything at City Market. They may have them in nicer rooms at the residence. MGMT if you can clarify I'll adjust my review.

Went for the spa, did not stay at the hotel. The spa is in an odd place on the lower floor, a bit hard to find. We asked if they had a sauna or steam room, which they did. However it was attached to the hotel pool. Which meant not only was it coed and required clothing, but there were also children running around and yelling. Not very relaxing. The massage was great, however the therapist completely skipped over my feet, which apparently was an extra charge for the body butter foot massage.
Overall nice spa, but not quite what we were looking for.

My two sons and I resided in the Buffalo Lodge for 3 months in the last quarter of 2014. The staff, facility, grounds and activities made having family fun easy. We made the some of our best memories there and look forward to making more there in 2017-2018!!

Nice place to stay. Very spacious and we'll kept. Interesting I have to go up two flights of stairs, then when I open the condo door, I have to go down one flight of stairs into the condo. Too many stairs.

Pros: A nice, clean hotel with a lot of services available. Our room was very nice.

Cons: Noise. Room was by the ice machine and could hear it at all hours whether dispensing or making ice. We could also hear the one on the other floor. We could also hear the people above us going to the bathroom. Not just the flushing, but the.process.

For the cost of the room we'd expect a mini-fridge and a microwave.

This place is great to visit anytime. I enjoy seeing the aspens turn and the epic sized trout. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and well kept.

Rooms have great views and there are nice amenities including indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs and steam room. The rooms are nice and very quiet. My only complaint is that the towels and robes have the hellish texture of a cardboard box with a light dusting of sandpaper to top them off. I would absolutely stay here again (with my own linens).

The staff were not friendly or helpful at all upon checking in. So unhappy to shell out a lot of money for a weekend retreat with my husband to be treated like crap upon arrival. The restaurant and spa staff were wonderful. The pool is amazing! The snow fall was very heavy and yet we were able to swim under the stars, how magical is that?

Had a blast. It feels like it's a little village on its own. There are buses that will pick you up and take you to different parts of the mountain. The service was great, food was amazing, and the hotel was very nice.
Beware of altitude sickness it's real! Get oxygen before you head up to the resort it's half the price $11 verses $22. It helped a lot

This is my second time staying at Keystone. As always, the rooms are clean and well equipped with essentials and the staff here are always pleasant. Keystone is nestled in a great location with plenty of shopping and dining options in the and around the resort. I love the free shuttles they provide to help get you around with ease. I love the slopes here and views are impressive.
