Good room. Exercise room was closed in the evening for no reason. Breakfast was sub-par. Staff was friendly and room was inexpensive. Overall a decent option if expectations are not high.

Large clean room, comfortable, but no frills at all. Housekeeping was lacking a bit. Not many regular hotels in the area to choose from. Mostly all bed and breakfasts. $155 a night for this hotel is too much.

We arrived at 10am explaining that our car was broken down and being worked on across the street and asked if we could sit around in the lobby to use wifi. The receptionist allowed us to check in immediately which was a huge help. Room was very clean and fairly comfortable. Breakfast was pretty decent as well. We spent two nights in Fairplay at two different places. I definitely recommend this one, albeit a little pricier.

Clean and friendly, but AC was terribly noisy (but it worked well!). Overpriced by about $40 at $119 for two queen beds.

I was very pleased with my stay here. The room was clean and free of any weird odors, and everything worked. The beds were nice and comfortable, and the bathroom was always serviced well and left spotless. The staff was very helpful with food recommendations and sights to see nearby and helped make the stay that much more enjoyable.

In the morning we went to the breakfast that was served every morning, and I was surprised by the variety that was available. The eating area was nice and clean and the staff came in every now and then to refill, or clean up the messes made by other people staying at the hotel. If I head that way again in to the mountains I will strongly consider staying here again if its near my points of activity. Don't let the outside area fool you, it was a great hotel and worth the stay.

Location is close enough to Breck that we were able to get to the mountain first thing in the morning. Rooms were cozy and clean. Nothing special but not poor by any means. Breakfast was like all other value motels. Small selection of pastries, cereal, coffee and juice. Always nice though to have. Our heater didn't work but after asking the front desk they had it fixed in minutes. Overall a great stay for the price.
