Adorable mountain town inn! It is well decorated, clean, has a nice attendant and perfectly located on Main Street Frisco. There is a nice community sitting area on the second floor loft with books and games; very kid friendly. I will definitely return and highly recommend Hotel Frisco!

Great little hotel. Beautiful lobby with a nice happy hour. Lots of books and games! A huge hot tub and great service. Excellent value!

Good news or bad first? Super amazing hot tub and nice bed/pillows after I paid for an upgrade. Our originally assigned room was directly behind the front desk and EVERY word in the lobby/telephones, ect. was heard. I requested another room and was charged $20+ to "upgrade". European style =TINY room. Booked price was $109/upon day of arrival, room was priced at $79 and front desk refused to honor. Received bill day after stay and was charged $9 parking fee + $20 for "key not returned", are you kidding me?!? Requested ice at approximately 10:30pm and was told I'd have to wait 30mins Also had to witness manager/owner (?) fire the employee who'd checked us in the previous evening in the middle of the lobby!! Obviously, NOT a happy place. Do NOT spend your money or time here. Frisco has many better options.

This hotel is intimate, gorgeous and so welcoming. Amazing views and in the cutest town. They went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, I'm already looking forward to going back.

Hotel Frisco did such a great job! They helped us celebrate our engagement by upgrading our room and finding wine and rose petals! What a great way to end a great day. Nice, helpful staff, amazing views, great comfortable rooms. Will want to be back!

Perfect location on Main Street, we had access to a back porch which was perfect to enjoy at night. The rooms are clean and well maintained and the people are extremely nice. Only downside was the heat, no a/c just fans. Was cooler outside and night time was very uncomfortable due to the heat. Otherwise would have been 5 stars.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD ANYONE STAY HEREVery Dishonest Business. They charged us $426 for a three-night stay for 13-16 March. Upon arrival, we found out they did not not book us for the 13-16 March stay and gave room to others. Since we were there, they gave us a 1-night free stay and told us we would receive the full refund of $426. Have called 4 times since that timeand each time we are told they will fix problem and credit our account. Well, its been 1 month and nothing!! No refund at all. Accommoations are poor, hot tub wasn't even working, no more Happy Hour. There is absolutely nothing good about this place other than its location. Owners and workers could care less since they have booking throughout snow season..STAY AWAY! Not honest business!

I would never recommend this Hotel to anyone. My 16 year old son was injured lifting weights at school for football off-season and his Doctor said he could not snowboard so that put an end to our Father/Son snowboard trip. We called and talked to the General Manager and he said he could not issue a refund or let us use the credit for a later stay when my son was 100%. That is $428 down the drain and the General Manager could not care a less. He was matter of fact and had the "tough luck" attitude. If you are looking for hotel with hospitality look elsewhere!

Great location and very cute design/rooms. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Everything was very nice and clean. Our double room was very very small, I would recommend it for traveling solo, not as a couple, specially with ski clothing. If the management reads this, 2 bedside tables in every room that is listed for 2 adults would be really nice. My partner dropped his phone off the tall bed every night onto the wood floor (rugs would be great too). This is not at fault of the hotel and actually became comical but we can't be the only people thinking this room was missing a bed side table. Can't beat the Stella on draft in the lobby either! The hot tub is incredible.

We got caught in a snow storm & desperately needed a room. I quickly booked. When we arrived, I found in my haste that I had booked the wrong datebut they had rooms available, and we were saved. Staff was very accommodating & friendly; the room very clean; recommended a great restaurant. Great experience!

We love Hotel Frisco and have returned several times. After the renovations, the rooms are even better, clean and comfortable. Standard rooms are a bit small however.
Its perfect location is the main attraction, with fantastic restaurants and shops on an idyllic mountain town Main Street.
We wish happy hour (formerly included for all guests) was still offered. And where did the games go from the upstairs lounge area?response / report this review
