I get my Camaro worked on here. My car runs terrific with over 100k miles on it. They wash it when I ask while its getting serviced. Brian and Jennifer and Pam all always treat me respectfully and try to save me money.
I got a great deal here, they let my dog come in as well. Great staff. I will return and refer my friends.
I had recently visited Kerry Chevrolet in Alexandria looking for a new family car! the salesman i had i believe his name was Manny took very good care of me. the whole salesteam was very helpfull and kind to both my daughter and i!Thanks you for helping me find and get into an amazing car! My daughter absolutely loves it!
The staff here is super friendly and helpful. I love my new Equinox.
Went in with my son to purchase a first time car for him. Glad I went in with him as Sales Manager was extremely rude while working out a price for a vehicle. Salesman said they honor online pricing well Manager basically called my son a liar when he said he saw the car advertised online for a lot less. Left and husband called next day with proof of online price Manager said online price was a mistake. Will not honor online pricing and obviously use that to get you in the door. Extremely rude people! Would give less than one star if could.
Went in to purchase a new vehicle with a deal that was sent to me regarding my trade. Once I got to the dealership they would not honor the printed deal they sent to me. Classic bait and switch tactics. When I got up to leave I was told that I should use common sense next time. Very unprofessional and rude staff members. I would recommend purchasing your next car from anywhere but Kerry Chevrolet of Alexandria.
My husband & I came to Kerry Chevrolet to look for a used car but when Tim, our salesman, showed us some nice cars, he suggested that we try for a new car. We tried a Hyundai, loved it & was suprised that we were able to get the car. This is the first brand new car that I've purchased, I almost cried when we were told that we got the car. Thanks Kerry Chevrolet. 😀 😃 😆
Wonderful sales service. Not pushy, and I left with my brand new vehicle!
I called this company yesterday because I had something hanging from the bottom of my vehicle. I had first called one of their competitors who told me that they couldn't even look at my vehicle until next week. I was very worried about what it was that was hanging down. This company said that they could take a look and see if it was something dangerous and they could do it right then. I drove over there and within 15 minutes they told me what it was and were in the process of working out a solution.
I have gone here for sales and service. Josh is the best to ask for in sales and Dee Dee for service. Both have gone above and beyond! If you own or are looking for a Chevy you are a fool to not go to this location!
Had a done deal but had a big bolt in the tire. I asked for a used not new tire or for a plug or patch for it and have them rotated. Apparently that was a ridiculous request. After i was told no thats happening im taking the deal away or buy it. Who does that i should have bbought it and got a blowout with my kkids in the car instead. Shame on you guys
Shawn Gorshon was great got my family in a safe new car when no one else would everyone there was very friendly and was really fast servic thanks guys.
Plenty of BS flying around at this place. But also plenty of great honest workers.
I began a lease on a 2016 Malibu in July of 2016. Since then, I have had the vehicle in the shop 3 times for problems with the sunroof and sunshade. The first time was in Bowling Green, Ky where the issue was not resolved. In the past month I have had it into Kerry Chevrolet in Alexandria twice for the same issue. The first time, after them having my car for about 5 days, I was told everything was fixed. When getting into my car at the dealership, I noticed greasy fingerprints all over the ceiling of my car. I brought it to the attention of the service department and it was cleaned. However, I was told by the lady in the service department to make sure I gave a "completely satisfied" review on the survey they would be sending because that would be the only way they would "pass". The next day, I began having the same problems with my sunroof and sunshade and took it back up to the dealership. They had it for 12 days and only called me 3 times to give an update on my car. During that time, I filled out the survey and told them about my experience the first time. When picking up my car yesterday, there was, once again, greasy fingerprints all over the ceiling of my car (way more than the first time I picked it up) and the sunshade was now making a creaking noise when closing. As I was showing the assistant manager the shape I got my car back in, once again, he then informed me that they got "dogged" for the first review that I gave them on the survey they sent by email. So, this tells my they saw the review. I never received a phone call about the issue nor did anyone care to apologize to me or care at all. All the assistant manager was concerned about was getting "dogged" for the review they deserved. I was told as I was leaving that the issue would be brought to the attention of the manager after he returned from his lunch break. That was 24 hours ago, and still no call. I also mentioned to them about a small scratch on the hood of my car that I would've liked fixed (that I was willing to pay for if warranty didn't cover it) and it wasn't even touched. I am highly disappointed in the service I've received from Kerry in Alexandria and will be contacting GM after the weekend.
