A complete waste of time. We dealt with Randol Garcia as a salesperson and he was mediocre at best (there were a few things he said about the car that were blatantly wrong, but he didn't know). After the usual intro/test drive we got into the numbers and he had to bring a sales manager which is where it quickly went downhill. We had an offer in writing from another Toyota dealership and the manager denied it was real, even after telling him he was free to call and verify. He then switched to the "watch, they'll change the numbers, I bet you anything." So much for the "$5000 low price guarantee."

They also charge a $999 dealer fee and a $400 "Electronic Registration Processing Fee," with the latter being worded to seem like a mandatory state fee which is very misleading. State registration processing fees are literally

Words can't express my experience at Kendall Toyota. The management team and finance team are awesome. They listen to what you want and your needs,they work with you. Especially with the Sales Associate Mario Gonzalez. I've have purchased 4 vehicles from this gentleman since 2013. He works with you,.he looks for the best option for you and is willing to help no matter if the deal can't be done. He will follow up with you and help you in every single detail and aspect. Awesome experience!!! Raul made me feel at ease to ask him every question I had in mind and patiently showed me every option within my budget. He made the process of choosing my car quite enjoyable and provided all the information I needed once I purchased my car. Honestly, I recommend to anyone looking for a new car to visit Kendall Toyota and ask for Raul Pinales by name. Other employees that helped with the rest of the paperwork due at the dealership were very courteous towards my family and me. All around, a great place full of kind people. Keep up the great job!!

From making my service appointment to explaining what was going on with my car, great service. I was assigned to work with José, and he made this my best visit yet. He took time to understand what I was trying to relay and went so far as to research the best options for my situation. I was blown away of how smooth everything went and all my car needs were met. Kendall Toyota is the best service you will ever receive for your Toyota vehicle in South Florida. I've been to many other Toyota locations, but keep coming back here because they are honestly the most helpful and friendliest. They always do a great job and look for ways to make it affordable. My service advisor Abner Reyes is always there for my car and me. I highly recommend Kendall Toyota for all your service needs. You will not be disappointed.

I remember surviving cars 30-40 years ago and how car dealers treated customers as though they were doing those customers a favor. No more. My third car bought and serviced here and the service is terrific. They are attentive, courteous and above board. For years I serviced my cars at independent garages, but I've found Kendall Toyota to be solicitous of my business and thoroughly professional. I am pleased with the service department.
