Desperate need of a remodel, the tub leaked around the base where they tried to caulk it. The toilet stopper had to be shut off by hand it ran for like 2 hours before it dawned on me to go look at it. The desk clerk could have cared less. Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. And definitely do not plan on staying here ever again!

If you manage your expectations this will be a great stay. It's right near the Clevelander and other hot spots. However there were a couple sticking points.
The photos are generous, like many other hotels, highlighting the best parts and missing the "rougher" areas. The kitchenettes in rooms were recently updated and much appreciated. Though, some other areas of the room and property are in need of "freshening up."
The roof top pool had great views, but there was no towel service, and the desk staff had limited information about my stay. They also cannot provide an itemized folio upon checkout. So you've got to trust your bill will be correct. (Mine was, so at least that's a win)
Overall, I'd imagine this is a great value during the peak season with the GREAT location. However, in the off season we stayed in much nicer hotels for the same price.response / report this review -

It was nice . You have to pay $15.00 for housekeeping each day. Customer service was okay. Only give one key for the room. You must pay $25.00 for an extra key. Has some roaches 🙁. But maybe it’s because of the kitchen in the suite.

DONT STAY HERE!! They're under new management and everything promised with the resort fee is not given. There is NO roof top happy hour..you have to ask multiple times for towelsyou have to pay $25 cash deposit for beach towels(unless you own one of the condos/hotel rooms)..I stayed there before a couple of years ago and it was great! The only good thing about it was the View. We even tried to call "the new management" but to no avail. I hope management listens to their customers and make major improvements.

Hotel is right across the street from the beach front desk staff was very nice & helpful the bell hop Rafael was great just a all around nice guy who will help u with anything. The rooms r small but clean you must go to happy hour on rooftop the bartenders make the drinks strong. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

My family and I stayed here for my birthday weekend and we had a very good time. We were treated very nicely. The rooftop pool was a little dirty and the water gets hot from the sun but it's nice to cool you off a little from the heat outside. The drinks weren't that great, the rooms were very clean and nice. I loved the bathtub. The service was top notch

Great location for a weekend in South Beach. Right on Ocean Drive close to all the action and a quick walk across the street to get to the beach/ocean. Nice pool up on the roof with a bar up there and some cabanas and pool chairs with a great view of the beach and ocean. Rooms weren't outstanding but were clean and large and perfect for a fun weekend.

Worst expience ever long story short DON'T STAY HERE!!!! STAFF ARE RUDE TOOK ABOUT 6 TO 8 HRS FOR TOWELS. THEY DONT CLEAN ROOM TUB AND SHOWER CURTAIN DIRTY, SMOKE DETECTOR HANGING FROM CEILING, COUCH DIRTY AND WORE OUT. WORST OF ALL WE HAD ROACHES THERE WAS A ROACH IN REFRIGERATOR THEN EVERY DAY WE WERE SEEING SMALL ROACHES, OWNING STAYED RIGHT NEXT DOOR TO US AND NEVER CAME TO SEE WHAT PROBLEM WAS I GUESS SHE WAS HIDING. OVERALL HOTEL WAS RAN DOWN ROOM 402 DONT STAY IN THAT ROOM. WHITE COVER HAD A STAIN ON IT SMH I WILL NEVER EVER ILL RATHER SLEEP ON STREET.

They have hotel rooms, and private condos that are being rented out. They are older, but not bad because the location makes up for you. You are right in the middle of ocean drive. They have a rooftop pool with a bar, with fantastic views. The unit we stayed in was slightly remodeled. Elevator did not work for 2 of the days we stayed, and we were on the 3rd floor. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The rooms are dated and dusty. You have to pay an additional $15 a for housekeeping a day. We ran out of tissue, we asked the front desk for tissue and they said there was nothing they could do till morning (I asked at 9pm). The outside halls smell like urine. The elevator was out of service 2 of our 4 days. The stairwells are nasty, sticky and they smell really bad. It's very noisy. They have extra hidden fees. I came for my Bachelorette party, it was embarrassing. We had an alley view on both sides. They have four buildings they could start renovations one building at a time. I will never stay here again.

We were given a different room than originally asked for and guaranteed that we would be moved back to the original room asap. We never got the original room or even any kind of explanation for what had happened. On top of that there were $80 in hidden fees that we were charged after we left the hotel, and the hotel failed to mention beforehand that valet would cost an additional $90 for 2 days and that they only accept cash.

WARNING: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
This is the worst "hotel" I have ever been too. Stayed here because of the location (worst decision ever). The toilet did not work. We literally had to open the back of the toilet, put our hand into the water and pulled the string to flush it. DISGUSTING. called the staff, in reference to this, they didn't come until the afternoon of our second to last day and gave us a BS excuse about needing to go to Lowes to fix it. So the toilet was NEVER fixed.
The shower head of the tube also didn't work. We had to use the extended tub hose to bath. The ceiling above the tub leaks constantly.
The lighting in the room was HORRIBLY DIM and multiple bulbs were out.
When we voiced our concerns, the hotel told us they would refund us 20%, only to then tell us we wouldn't be getting $100 of our deposit back.
There were reminiscent of previous stayers through out the hotel room, such as stains on sheets and items left in the refrigerator.
ALSO, the elevator didn't work most of the time. Thank goodness we were only on the second floor. When it did work, it made a scary sound, indicating it was about to malfunction or break down. Thankfully, we never got stuck on it. The elevator certificate is outdated by years. They probably couldn't update it, even if they wanted to. It needs to be renovated completely.
I wouldn't even give this place zero stars, they deserve stars well into the negatives. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. BEWARE.response / report this review
