Great location, very professional staff. We had gone for a lunch during Christmas time, there was no rush and we could get a table easily. The Calamari and chicken tenders were the best there.
Good place to get drinks and some food. Open air patio with pool and dance floor. Great people watching.
Though it was a beautiful day outside, the drinks were good, and the scenery was nice in front of ESPN Studios, sadly the bartender woman stole my credit card info and gave/sold it to someone who used it at Advance Auto Parts (#93) in Little River, Florida to purchase $256 worth of stuff within 20 minutes of us leaving.
The bartender had a register right in front of her, and we kind of were surprised it took so long to ring us up for 1 margarita. Now I know why. I used it nowhere else today, and my bank sent me a suspicious usage notification right after the purchase. Called the manager to let them know they have a dishonest employee, but they didn't connect me to one, and it went to a voicemail.
Good luck when drinking here and maybe use cash! :D
This hotel and South Beach have a festive atmosphere that some may really like. There is music playing in the lobby. This hotel is not like a fancy hotel you may have visited in a large city; it was modest when it was built so the rooms are not large but are adequate. My room did not have a chair, just a bed. I doubt any guest ever tried to sit down and read here.
There is no parking so a valet parks your car which costs $46 per day. South Beach also adds on about $50 in fees or taxes to the room fee.
There is an outdoor bar with music just outside. So, you can just ride an elevator and in a few steps be in the middle of the action, that's convenient.
The fourth floor and roof have patios with great views of South Beach and the ocean. I hung out on the fourth floor patio a while and liked it.
In the elevator I was propositioned by a female seeking to defray her expenses.
I would likely not return to this hotel since I associate hotels with quiet luxury, not fun. However, this is a hotel with friendly staff in an excellent location if you wish to see South Beach.
Very nice boutique hotel, but keep in mind its a party hotel. Its clean and modern. The bar has awesome drinks, food, and music. Location is the best in south beach Miami.
Frozen drinks are delicious. Double pepperoni pizza was good, but should be called half pepperoni pizza. Toppings were fairly scarce, even if it was called just a regular pepperoni pizza.
Absolutely a fun place to stay in South Beach.. The rooms were nice and clean and the patio was outstanding. Customer service (Marco) was truly a gem to work with ..Highly recommended for a great time.
It's probably one of the best outside bars on ocean drive and it's pretty central. It's not cheap but there is always something happening and lots of space. Recommended if you don't have plans as a tourist but want to hang somewhere on the strip. Didn't eat there as there are many better places nearby I'd imagine.
An amazing place bang opposite beach side with a great vibe. Must go on weekends though. Not worth going there before 9PM. Drinks are a tad bit expensive but it's totally worth it and the dancing floor is decent. Only thing I had a problem with is the service was a bit slow but I had gone on Sunday night and the whole place was packed. The DJ was amazing and was playing songs according to the vibe. P.S. He even played an Indian song in Miami when we went on stage which was really nice. One thing to remember is they charge an entry fee after 10 PM ($10 only!). The quantity of the starters was decent. They have a special happy hours menu every single day which is a nice touch.
The rooms were clean, decent sized and had nice style. I would probably rate the hotel itself a 4 star - there are no mini-fridges, the walls are pretty thin and I was by an elevator and could hear everything, and my room was facing the back of a building. No big deal though - and here's why : Room service was amazing, great food and super fast. More importantly though, I booked this room because I had an 8am meeting in Miami and I live 2 hours away. I woke up at 6am, checked out of the hotel, got to my meeting (walking distance and it was terribly rainy weather) and it was rescheduled for 11am. I went back to the hotel to get my bags they were holding and get my car from valet and told the woman at the front desk what had happened. She was able to re-check me into my room so instead of driving around aimlessly in the rain in Miami, I was able to relax, watch TV and get some much needed extra rest. Customer service all around was exceptional which definitely makes up for the tiny things about the room.
I had a burger that was the best. It was so good that I boxed the little that I couldn't eat for later. The waitress was so nice, brought everything we needed, and checked on us often.
Convenient location, friendly staff, the front patio is wonderful for breakfast. Trendy interior. The room was a little small for a king size bed, making it a bit tight to get around, but it was beautiful and didn't spend much time in the room anyway. Noise travels through the door so you can hear people coming and going.
Exceptional Service. Friends and I stopped at this hotel/restaurant for snacks. The staff was so friendly and accommodating from getting us a great table to following up with our food and drink orders throughout our meal. We ordered drinks and appetizers and everything was very good. Prices were good for the area and the service could not be any better -- many thanks to Christina and Romel for a great experience.
