I only gave one star so I could leave a comment, the owner of this establishment has a very unpleasant attitude and not to mention the room I was in there was mold & mildew in the tile of the shower/bathtub. You can barely turn around in the bathroom, very outdated.

I have absolutely no complaints and cannot say enough great things about this establishment! The staff is extremely accommodating and the rooms were super cute! The hotel had a great boutique spa feel but has a great history! The attention to detail is remarkable! I cannot wait to return!

Staying at this hotel was a pleasure!! The location was excellent. Very close to the beach, good food, and the mall. Jesus, Alex, and the other service staff were excellent! They were very quick to help with everything we asked, and on top of managing the Lou going areas, bar, and spa. We would definitely ately recommend staying here!!

Truly a remarkable experience. In researching this hotel we were so excited for a quaint botique hotel experience. It is located a couple blocks from the beach, a couple blocks from the Lincoln street mall and near many amazing restaurants. What could be better right? Well, when we arrived the amazing individuals at the front desk let us know we were upgraded to the Clark Gable suite. It was the largest, nicest suite in the hotel and we were incredibly grateful for such a wonderful experience. We loved the deep jetted tub, the spa shower and the extremely comfortable king size bed. Many thanks to such outstanding service by Jesus and Alex. Their attentiveness and kindness are what you would find next-door at the Ritz, but they have mastered the boutique style quaintness with amazing service. We can't say thank you enough! But thank you, thank you. Thank you! We can't wait to stay again!

Good location and clean. However, the bed was very uncomfortable and it looked like and old mattress that had lumps in it. The internet connection was awful, had to use my cell as a hotspot. They don't have parking and for the price I paid they should at least have a nice mattress.
