I have been visiting MetroPCS Store on Campbell Drive for over eight years. There are well trained staffs working at this store who really knows how to assist their customers in purchasing a phone.

Always say they hiring need to be bilingual but whole store is nothing but Spanish people who only speak Spanish. I hate coming to metro this periodmetro has become a racist overrated phone company. They should hire more people not just only spanish speaking people. THATS FOR ALL METRO STORES!!!! YOU WANT TO REAL DEAL ON PHONES HEAD TO A REAL PHONE COMPANY: ATATSPRINTVERZIONETC NOT METRO. PLUS THEY OVER PRICE THEIR ACCESSORIES WHEN YOU CAN BUY AT AMAZON OR WALMART AND SAVE $10-$15!!!!!! IJS

Carlos helped us, deleated unused and unnecessary appts thats using data slowing our phone. Corrected the problem apps not connecting, viewed our account and took us up to completely unlimited, saved us $8 per month and serves were free. CARLOS YOUR THE BOMB !!! Thanks!

Horrible the waiting time is over two hours,too slow ,they made millions and they dont put enough clerks for thier clients.bad service iam switching.

I love MetroPcs and the prices that they offer are phenomenal. I especially love this Metropcs because it is a corporate store and handles all of my issues, although I am a Boston, MA based customer!!!!! #MetroPCSRocks

We went to metro on Black Friday night to get a new phone, since the previous one's battery was completely fried. We were instantly attended to by an employee named Migie. He was very charismatic and informative, answering all questions we had. We'll be sure to go to this Metro again thanks to him.

My experience was great here everyone was super helpful and polite, especially Donnell it took about 2 hours to get things done for my phone and he was extremly patient and helpful throughtout the whole time i would recommend this store to anyone!

Carlos, Robert, and the Ninja (Donnell)lol, gave me hands down the BEST customer service I have EVER received at any METROPCS store. These guys were friendly, respectful, and very knowledgeable. Thank you guys for making it fun, and getting the job done!
