Listen, I am by far not a complainer, but today these guys let me down. I've been here many times with great service, this time they just ignored me because I said I bought my air filter elsewhere. They didn't even give me a new sticker to keep track of my mileage and date for my next oil change. I'm just going to find a different place if these new guys are gonna be like this. Maybe it was a fluke. I don't know. See for yourself. This shows I'm not just playing, I just left and this is how annoyed I am.

I've been getting my Lincoln serviced here for a couple of years and I have found everyone in the Service Department to be very professional. I had the pleasure of working with Rob Maylor over the last few days and he really took care of me. I don't take my Lincoln anyplace else.

I went to Liberty Ford for an oil change on my 2004 Ford Explorer and left with a 2015 Mercedes-Benz (slight exaggeration). I needed a new car but had been dragging my feet due to dreading the process. I went to Liberty Ford to get my regular oil change and saw a fellow Rotarian, Dave Ewing. We got to talking and he told me about a Mercedes sitting in the lot. The next day I came back to test drive the vehicle and loved it so much I bought it and drove it home that evening. Dave was fantastic!!! He went above and beyond for me!!! The process I dreaded was a wonderful experience and I have Dave to thank! THANK YOU DAVE!!!

Dave Ewing was very helpful in educating me about the Ford Fusion and all of the different options that were available. With his help, I was able to find the perfect car, and he worked very hard to get me the exact car with the options that I had asked for. Never a problem with any repair or part that I have ever gotten from here, dating back to the early 90's. Appointments are sometimes 2 weeks out, but worth the wait. Prices for most services are surprisingly competitive, but the peace of mind I feel when they have done the job makes their services invaluable to me, and worth every penny spent! If you're looking for reliable service for your vehicle, at least call and hear what they have to say.

I would recommend Liberty Ford (Formally Downtown Ford) to anyone who is looking to get a new or used vehicle. Their service department is top notch and their staff is so friendly to deal with. I have dealt with Christine Barbato and she is my go to person when I'm looking for a new car. She is the friendliest sales person I've ever had to deal with. Never pushy, just wants to get you in a car you'll love and she works hard to get you a great deal. I just got a 2017 Ford Escape and I am in love with it. She got me a great deal and I couldn't be happier. Keep up the good work Liberty Ford. I am recommending all my friends and family to come see you next time their looking for a new vehicle.
